      ****** needs a raise. That person (He/She) Was amazing and wonderful and kind and made my experience that much better. I don't always have a good experience with ***, but ****** made my day. Seriously, give this person a raise or pizza party or something.

      ******************* of *************************************************************** is a thief, con artist, fraud, and *****. Do not trust *******************************. She is a despicable trashy excuse for a person. Do not trust these counselors at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare as they use fake names, they are disingenuous and have fake smiles, they are compulsive liars, most notes they jot down are blatant lies, and they only aim to hurt you despite their false claims otherwise. Typical government workers and healthcare workers. They have no integrity whatsoever, no morals, no ethics, no sense of right and wrong, and they can never be trusted period.

      My son and I have been calling and emailing YHI since December 28, 2021 to do a change of income request. Now, Idaho ******** said they can see our change report form, other documents that we have provided but as you know Idaho H&W can't help. It just shows it is sitting there, "processing". We literally call every day, on hold for 2 hours. the longer you hold, the longer the wait time gets. If you request a call back, it doesn't work. My son needs infusions for an illness, if he goes a week over, his body can reject it, and he will become very, very ill. This is affecting his health and should not be okay. I understand things are crazy, but 3 months?? I am tempted to contact an attorney. There score is a negative...NO STARS!!

      Your Health Idaho is terrible. My husband left his job in July 2021, we signed up for insurance which was great and easy. The tax credit was great that we received. When they did whatever for 2022 they calculated his wages for the whole year even through he left his job in JUly 2021. We lost the tax credit and can't afford the monthly insurance **** do to the only income we have is my social security. I have been trying to get in touch with them since Nov 2021 with no avail. I have submitted all the documentation needed for income change/varification. I received an email from them dated 12/13/21 saying they received the documents. Today is March 1st and still nothing has been done and I've been on the phone/hold for 3 hours now. They don't return your calls when you select that option. When I called this morning at 9:03 it said wait time was 17 minutes, well 3 hours later and still on hold. Yesterday when I called it started at 38 minutes, then when to 27 minutes, then up to 49 minutes, then quit telling hold time. After 6 hours I hung up. My insurance is canceling the policy today unless I pay $1,589.00. This is absolutely BS.

      I called to update my income. I called and was given options by a recorded message, opted to be put on a call-back list because the wait time was 232 minutes, over 3 hours.I was called back the next day, 31 hours later. The phone rang once and then disconnected. In between, I tried the web-site, that was a waste of time as I could not log in to complete a necessary form. I was told my "password" was wrong, ok, I opted to reset it. I was successful in doing so, several times, received the same "wrong password" message.I called my broker/agent, she had the same results. I plan on visiting the office on State street to speak with a person.Maybe the *** should hire the creator of the ************** business website, as well as the business phone provider in order to be accessible to the *** clients.

      This company canceled my health insurance in 2018 to switch me to ********* with no notice. Now again in 2021 my husbands insurance was canceled by them in ********* did not receive anything until 12/24 from our insurance company saying your Health Idaho canceled the policy. Again, no explanation. We have been calling daily to find out why, with no return call. My husband has no health insurance and we can not obtain until we speak to them. It is ridiculous that this company controls your health coverage.

      They don't answer the phone or call back when you request it. I've tried multiple times & today I've been on hold over 4 hours & still no answer.

      I got my healthcare terminated by Saint *********. I did nothing wrong and just got a random letter in the mail that they've banned me from their hospitals and offices. Beware, the doctors in Idaho are sociopaths and compulsive liars.
