Garbage!! About as fast as dialup used to be, been trying to call for tech help for 2 weeks just says call failed every time I try to call.

As we live in a remote mountainous area there are very few choices for internet, tried satellite, will never go back to that but since I have been with LTE the last several years we have had reliable high speed internet with great customer service.

Service is good in our area which is very rural. Support staff is responsive each time called. Does have some equipment issues but are easily fixed.

Pros: LTE has worked in our remote location. I was able to work from home using Zoom daily. ****** provides great customer service every time that I have gotten her in customer service. Totally responsive, even when its bad news. Cons: It is NOT unlimited data which is misleading in the title. You are at the mercy of ATT, ******* and Tmobile depending on your router selection. The company should be more up front about that.

I've been a customer for about 5 years now. Because of bad routers and service reception we've decided to cancel service 3 days after the billing cycle. They closed the line immediately. Then billed $50 every time we try to call and confirm they received their equipment so we could receive our refund. BE WARNED ??

Just told me I breached a data cap on "unlimited" internet. Argued with me that it was still "technically unlimited," but they shut down service until the end of the month. This, just after switching my service with only a few days' notice and chargjng me for a new ($200) router when I already bought a router about a year ago. Dishonest company. Terrible customer service.

Terrible resolution to the equipment failure. They furnished!Cannot be returned, just billed additional $250 bucks.Very disquisiting!

About a year ago, I purchased a Lte router for mobile internet for our RV. I spent hundred of dollars. I chose the unlimited ATT plan for$129 per month. The first device worked intermittently. They had to replace SIM cards a few times. Then they replaced it with a non SIM card device. Weve had this new device for a few months, and its hardly worked. When it does work, its very slow and takes minutes for a Webpage to load. Ive contacted the company numerous times to try to get this resolved. Its never resolved and the Internet connection is horrible. They keep assuring me its their best device. Yesterday, we had no Internet as usual, and I made a phone call. They asked me to do a speed test, when I logged onto the speed test site it showed my signal was from ********* Well, that answers my question, they gave me ******** and Im paying for ***** The rep told me that they use whichever tower is closest. However, Ive used this device in several areas of Oregon, Nevada, and California, and never get a good signal. Which tells me that they have been connecting me to ******** which does not have a good signal anywhere that weve been. So, Ive been paying out the nose for months only to have horrible service from this company. Now they tell me I have to wait 48 hours for their tech-support team to help me. Its pretty bad when you pay this kind of money for horrible service. Now, I know they will reply to this with some lame excuse like they did to all the others, dont believe them! everything Ive stated here is the truth. They are ripping me off. I am paying for **** but getting crummy service from ********! This is not what I paid for, this is not what I signed up for!
