            They sell a product called Leaf Guard. An estimator came to our house and gave us an estimate to do our gutters of $7,162,67. He wanted a down payment of ********. We gave him a check before he left. After a few days we decided it was too expensive and wanted to cancel our order. They said okay but it would cost us over $300. I told them that was unfair but they said they had to charge me. I had no choice to say okay if I wanted the remainder of my down payment. They said they sent me a check for the difference on April 19th. I have not received the check as of yet which is April 26th. Ive called them twice but they in so many words is its my problem and not theirs. They said they cant help me. They also said it should take 10 business days to come from ********* to ***********. I really dont think they care for customers and they are in it for the money only. They cannot be trusted.

            *** and his crew member did a fantastic job on a corner gutter that was possibly leaking. He found another issue while doing the repair and took care of that also. They were both very kind, courteous, and explained what they were doing during the repair with updates. I would highly recommend **** Home Solutions if you are in need of any gutter solutions or an install.
