    in June of 2023 I took my 2018 Subaru Forester in to ************ Subaru for routine maintenance. The mechanics at that shop found problems with the vehicles AC unit. They fixed some of the problem but not all of it.August 22, 2023 I am driving cross country (back to my home). The country is in a heat wave and it is 97 degrees when my AC completely goes out. There is not a service station for 140 miles (over 2 hours). Subaru's incomplete maintenance forces me and my passengers into a high risk health situation - with the interior car temperatures are well over 100.I make it to Ramsey Subaru and they fix my compressor but fail to inform me of AC compressor recalls for 2014-2018 Subaru Foresters. Which extents the warenty of the Compressor to 5 years. I purchased my forester at the the end of 2018 - which would make my compressor still under warranty.Attached is proof of payment with dates and times. I am requesting a full refund for the compressor, its parts, labor and tax.

    I bought a new 2021 Mazda CX-5 from Ramsey Mazda of **********, **. At first, I truly loved the crossover. It offered comparable comfort and features to the car I traded in. I need that for health considerations. The other selling point was the safety features touted by the salesman. Quirky things occurred during the first few months but I attributed it to learning curve. A trip in October ended in a near fatal case of Covid, so the vehicle got little, if any, use between Nov. 2021 and April 2022. When I was able to drive again, things began to spiral downward rapidly. I dropped my car off on July 15 to the Ramsey Mazda Service Center after a minor fender ****** precipitated by a failure of the Blind Spot Monitoring System and a Check Engine Light. I had already had the Ramsey Mazda Collision Center provide the estimate on 7/5. The man evaluating my damage said he had heard of that happening. I tried to explain to the Service Center that there was something severely wrong with the electrical system in this vehicle. I have a witness to its erratic behavior. It was dismissed completely.There is more wrong now with my car than when I left it with the dealership. They kept my car for 19 days. During the 19 days, I continually had to call and check on the status of my vehicle. Ramsey Mazda was not and is still not initiating conversation with me or responding to voicemails. The manager (JD) is supposed to be handling this issue personally with Mazda Corporate because it now appears to be affecting multiple systems in his words. I have attempted to contact *********************** the President and CEO of ************* and I am being ignored. I have a lemon an i cannot get Ramsey to return a call. The collision center will not schedule an appointment with me but tells my insurance company that I am on the schedule. I do not have space to list the number of systems failing on this car. I am afraid to drive it and they refused to take it back in to look at it further.
