On October 4, ************************************************************** addition to the water heater, I also purchased a service program "membership". As a result, I expected to receive an itemized bill showing the following: * cost of water heater * cost of installation (labor) * cost of "membership" fee I also expected to be provided with documentation regarding details of the service program "membership". I was rather surprised when the billing statement received simply showed a lump sum for the above. No itemization. I also did not receive service program "membership" documentation. When I called the appliance provider and requested an itemized billing statement, I was told that they "do not normally provide itemized bills". Subsequently, I drove to their office location and made an in-person request for an itemized billing statement. I received the same response. I have been told repeatedly that they would have the "Comfort Consultant" that came to my house prior to the installation call me to discuss my concerns. To date, I have not been contacted by him. I do not recall making any other major purchase in the past from any company for which I did not receive an itemized bill. Any information or assistance you can provide regarding this matter will be appreciated.Business response

We have been a Green's customer for a number of years including HVAC installation,repairs, plus dryer and dishwasher repairs. What has happened to a current repair is a disaster. Our dishwasher broke mid December 2022. Would not start, and a message to call for repair.. A *****'s tech diagnosed the problem to be a control panel and ordered the part on December 23rd. He installed the part on January 6. It did not resolve the problem so he order yet another part. For the two parts, we have paid $535 plus $110 for the initial call. To date, we still have a broken dishwasher. *****'s stated their suppliers were "out of stock and back ordered". During this time period we have called for status and sent emails. Finally the service manager sent an email stating "do not have a time frame on when it would be available or if it would be available again at all". We had sent an email on March 8th asking for a resolution or refund of the $535. The service manager's email was March 14th. We requested a $535 refund again. No response. Sent another email March 28th. Still no response from *****'s.Business response

We have reached out to the customer and refunded him for the service he requested on 4/10/2023 for the amount of $535Customer response
