After 48 yrs of payia little $5,000 policy, American Republic/Wellabe paid $820!! ..claiming that at 70 years of age the policy benefit was reduced while the premium apparently remained the same. Just another deceptive practice targeting the public, the **************** and perpetuating large corporations offering one thing while giving consumers much less than they pay for. Wellabe needs to be reprimanded and made to stop this deception immediatelyReview from S herry A

I have had an Hospital Indemnity and Cancer policy with Wellabe since 2020 and never filed a claim. Now I have had to go to emergency and also diagnosed with Lung Cancer. I submitted a claim November 15th and sent all the reports from hospital and doctors. THEY STILL HAVEN'T PAID! NOW THEY ASK FOR THINGS I CAN'T GET LIKE A ITEMIZED ****!!! ITS ALL A SET AMOUNT THEY PAY AND HAVE ** BUSINESS ASKING FOR THAT AND ITS JUST TO DELAY PAYING ME!! THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY AND MAKING MY LIFE MISERABLE!!! I'm a Insurance Agent and know all about Indemnity insurance and each event is paid a specific amount and I sent them everything and they take a month or more to even look at claim and then decide on finding their need for more information! Took money from my account even though I didn't want the policy. Said they could only mail me a check and couldn't credit the money they took from my account. Total c*** ********************** with very disrespectful agent.Review from Denise Y

Con artist scammers are the staff, so they stole payments & saying they work for Great Western Insurance company in Iowa. I can't prepay for my funeral cause can't get an Escrow due to fake company, con artist staff as of 2022, agents in Philadelphia for the GWIC has con artist fake names,, wrong addresses & emails, & company change name to America Republic or did they.
