I check into the American inn *********************. On June 10th And signed paperwork for the room for a week and the charges are ***, which includes tax. When I go to my room for the evening the room is absolutely disgusting and stain in the bathtub there's MOLD on the bathtub wall there's holes in the ceiling and a nasty weird strain stain on the ceiling and then dust everywhere tables weren't wipe down the room is just a disgusting horrible place to be. I called down to the office where I checked in and informed them that I do not want to be in this room that is disgusting and then I wanna switch rooms and the lady informed me that she cannot switch rooms no reason why and that she would not be getting my money back to me which they overcharge my credit card by ** bucks for no reason when the bill was *** as I stated they charge my credit card *** which was another dispute I had with them this morning. So when I checked in earlier this week I have not been able to stay at the room where I paid for it in full and then some not on purpose and they refused to move my room this room is unsanitary it's filthy disgusting and the fact that they use my credit card to add ** more dollars to my charges for absolutely no reason it's not for deposit because I've paid my room in full already on a debit card I would like my money back since I cannot stay in that nasty room and I would like something to be said to the management regarding the customer service in the offices and necessary and uncalled for *********** slamming her face on the counter and you .Initial Complaint

I had rented a room at American Inn hotel in ********************.. My c.c. would t be accepted so I paid cash which also required an extra $** deposit, in which i was told I would recieve back at checkout time in the a.m.. I checked out around 5:30 a.m. and the kid working told me he would not give me my $** deposit because I could only get t that back between 9-11a.m.. (Which I was not imformed of this at the time of check in) Now, I work 45 minutes away and work from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.. So this does not allow me to be back there from 9-11.. The employee started refering to myself as a kindergartener stating, he didnt know he was dealing with an adult that had the brain of a child.. This doesnt so much bother me but I would like to recieve my $** deposit.. Furthermore, for 5 hours after check-in, I had NO running water in the shower or sink as well as my toilet would not flush.. Also, was nit informed of that as well.. All around terrible experience.. Can someone help me... Please
