I ordered a first basemans glove from their website on May 4th. I got a confirmation email/receipt right away saying they would send me another email when my order was ready to ship. I havent heard anything since and every time I check online to see whats going on with my order it says it hasnt shipped yet and I see the message below. I has been WAY more then even 2-4 business days!ATTENTION PERFECT GAME APPAREL SHOPPERS: We attempt to process all orders within 1-3 business day if placed Monday-Friday, and within the next 2-4 business days if placed on the weekend, this timeline may be delayed depending on sales/time of year. No orders are processed on Holidays/Weekends. Perfect Game Apparel is not responsible for delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier. Thank you for your order! I have tried emailing them and calling them to get answers as to why my glove hasnt shipped yet. They arent answering my email and the phone goes to voicemail and I left I message but they didnt call back. Im very upset and would like an answer. My son was looking forward to having a new glove for the season.Review from Rob M

Allows teams to cheat by using advanced players that are playing down just to win. A TEAM players on C tournaments. Poor *** policies and overall poor performance

not sure how to respond without knowing which event, where it took place, age division, and circumstances the customer is referring to. also not knowing who the A player was and the * team they played for. We have several affiliates throughout the country, but I'm not sure if any of our tournaments or players are labeled as A or * players anywhere. *omplaints about Umpires are very common throughout every level of baseball. Furthermore, I do not know who the customer is or why he would not have contacted us directly, rather than file with BBB regarding this complaint.
