      The company is awful. im a technician thats been working on their stuff for 30 years.. they kept me on the phone for 6 to 7 hours, arguing with them about a defective satellite dish. They had a problem with bad LNBs years ago and theyre having the same issue again. Years ago, they would send you a replacement LNB. But now they want the whole dish back and they give you nothing but c*** abut sending a replacement. Their tech-support team will waste everybodys time and money. It doesnt matter if you give them step-by-step instructions on the diagnosis. Is Wineguard going to pay me $1085 for staying on the phone with them all the time? They refuse to pay the labor to change one of their dishes out because of their defective products. I guess everybody supposed to be grateful that they actually gave you a replacement..

      Their winegard dish playmaker is garbage. It doesnt work like they say it will. It is not a dish problem. Their equipment is garbage and does not work like they advertise and good luck getting a refund

      I purchased a thor motorcoach several months ago. It has the winegard connect 2.0. Upon setup the unit would not connect to internet. After working with tech support they said the unit was defective. Winegard sent a replacement unit, and stated they required my credit card in case the defective unit on the roof of the camper was not sent back within a month. When I tried to get the the unit replaced I could not find any service centers willing to swap out. Yes, service is thar bad !. I had to return the winegard cell and wifi unit back before I was charged for the replacement, as I did not want to swap out myself on this new camper. My complaint is the garbage winegard is putting on new campers that should actually work as intended. This booster is in the $500 dollar range. I had to purchase a cell booster for signal. Not happy with this winegard connect 2.0 on my camper roof.

      This company is selling to Newmar company a version of WiFi ranger that comes with a sim that is locked to their own version of an AT&T plan that offers 20 times higher pricing than normal. It's called FreedomGo. This is not disclosed at purchase. Through several encounters with their tech support, they will eventually tell you the truth. At that point, in order to secure a traditional plan, you must replace the installed sim which is located on the roof of a 13 foot tall RV and requires significant mechanical skill.

      Ordered antenna online 7-23 said in stock ships 1-2 days..call on 8-2 they tell me don't know why it hasn't shipped but they got 1 and it will get shipped today(8-2)..8-3 look online and they raise price by $30 still says in stock.. 8-5 look online and now it says out of stock..call 8-9 and they tell me its on backorder and don't know when they'll get more and can cancel my order if I like..THIS COMPANY IS INCOMPETENT AND HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THEM AT ALL

      I installed the elite pro in my attic and decided to move it outside. The F connector in the elite pro failed and Winegard's warranty did not cover this and they offered no help save that I could purchase a new antenna. The connection between the antenna and the coax cable should be rated for more than one time. This company is a sham.

      Winegard never contacted me about the warranty issue. At this point I need to purchase a new antenna seeing a replacement is not likely.
      I would strongly recommend not purchasing anything from a company that does not support their products.

      Purchased data for the freedomgo plan but I was never able to use it. Right after the purchase I called the company but they were closed so I emailed them. I got an email back to screenshot the about section in which I did. I never got a response. So I called again because it had been a few weeks. A lady finally called me back however she was very rude and claimed I used the data and I should have called the day after. She also claimed that the data I was showing available was not right. The only winegard is connected to my house WiFi or the rv park WiFi but has never been able to use the data because it says not connected. We even use our Verizon hotspot. This company does not want to keep customers who are willing to pay. I wasn't even asking for my money back I just wanted it to work. I will find a better company.
