      My jeep was not charging the battery. I called to make an appointment and told it would be 4 weeks. I made the appointment. The next night I was stranded and it would not start. When my husband called in the morning he was told to let the car sit until the 4 week appointment. Really!!!!!We have purchased 2 jeeps here and paid cash. This is how customers are treated. My husband made a visit to the owner to inform him of the poor service. The owner stated that they have never had any problems with their service before This is not the first time we have been poorly treated. The present 2017 jeep has a rear park sensor not working . This has never been fixed despite multiple requests. Needless to say we will never do business with them again and advise all others to avoid them

      In regards to the Service Department...I requested to have the Transmission Fluid and Filter Replaced. The service department scheduled this to be done on a Saturday. I arrived on my scheduled date and was then told they didn't have the parts and need to re-schedule. This was another two weeks (a Saturday) for a new scheduled time for this work.Again I arrive on schedule. I asked for an estimated time on work. I was told about 4 hours give or take. "OK, can I have someone bring me home so I do not wait this long." A shuttle service was provided.Now here's where it goes bad. At 6 hours later that Saturday, I called to ask what the status was on my work only to find they closed and went home. I have not heard back from them yet today Monday at 1:05 p.m.. I called them earlier at 10:30 a.m. and no one from the service department was available to take my call so I left a phone number - yet nothing at 12:30 p.m..OK now this is getting ridiculous. I at 12:30 p.m. I called and asked for the service manager who conveniently was not in. I still do not know the status of my work that was suppose to take four hours. I have not heard back from them yet today Monday at 1:05 p.m..

      *******, I am sorry that your experience at Deery of **** fell short of what you and we both expect it should have been.  We missed the **** with communication within our department as well as communicating properly and timely with you.
