We taken my car to Servco Waipahu 3 times in a 40 day span. Each time, it was related to my check engine light. Each time it went in, something was broken. After my car check engine light coming on a third time along with another issue, I got ************** involved. Since mid February, Ive tried to negotiate to avoid taking ************** to court for a lemon law. I received a text stating I had a appt with Servco to take my car in but I did not make this appt, Servco had no answers and neither did **************. My complaint is pretty simple, lack of communication and effort on my car. Since the first appt, I gave all information with codes and I believe each one was over looked carelessly, didnt care what I provided and my husband fully believes because Im a woman and he works so much that this was all treated poorly do to that. We dont understand how part after part after part needs to be replaced on this 2018 ***** Trax. My largest complaint is my advisor ***** DOES NOT call, return call, return emails. First time he called me since my car was back in the shop on March 1st was on March 4th. Havent heard from him since. My advisor at ************** can not reach him. Im so frustrated with this dealership, Car situation and thats including their managers, and GM of the services department. No one wants to call you back. Calling the service line can be over an hour, like it makes no sense whatsoever how the company is ran. Its ran poorly and very unprofessional. If ************** calls me every two days to update me that they still cant get ahold of the dealership, thats a huge problem. The dealership expects to get a hold of GM to pay them for their work. I hold Servco responsible for their lack of professionalism, lack of communication, allowing my family to not have our car and constantly be in shop which I believe could have be done right , but now 3 times. I do have all providing documents printed for any proof. Its too much to uploadBusiness response
