On 5-16-2023 I booked 2-20x30 tents, **** tables and 144 black chairs for my sons first birthday party and paid in full. They were supposed to deliver all rentals on July 8, 2023 to a park in ********* but did not show up at all. I tried multiple times before July 8,2023 to contact them to confirm the dates but no response was received on their half. It cost $706.86 and they kept the money and still havent responded to any of my calls.Initial Complaint

We have secured a $50 deposit for table and chair rentals through their online website oahupartyrentals.net After securing a booking with a deposit first, we have decided to check out their Yelp. After reading reviews on this company through Yelp, there have been many reviews stating that they have scammed clients of their money and have not showed up with their rentals on their event date which is very stressful for a planned event. We have contacted them over and over through phone number and email and to no response. We would NOT like to become one of their clients who end up scammed and not have their rentals show up on the day of their event as it is very important for us to have this booking confirmed and service we have paid for provided. We would like a refund of our deposit so we can at least figure out another party rental that is active and will show up to our event date. As per many customers of this company, they have stated that Oahu Party Rentals are out of business but their online website will still take your money and generate an automated receipt but not show up to your event and provide the rentals you paid for. That is something we would like to extremely avoid on the day of our event including being scammed of our money.Initial Complaint

Original order for the Ohana Wedding package was paid in full and confirmed on 04/12/22, Receipt #*****. Reservations were for delivery of the package on 06/25/22 for my party from 4-9:30pm. I have been trying to contact them for over a month now to confirm reservations with zero response. A search pulled up recent reviews that showed they did not show up and took people's money. Total paid is $371.76. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back.
