Premier Restoration of Hawaii was recommended to me after I had a sprinkler head pop off at our home, and flood our bedroom with a copious jet of water for 15 minutes a day for a few days before we returned from a trip and discovered a ruined room, bed, ceiling lights etc. They came to assess it immediately when I first called, and gave me detailed realistic estimates for their proposed work within a couple of more days. They stayed in close communication throughout the contract process, and then the work itself, which they got done very quickly, even though they had to start/stop/restart around the Thanksgiving holiday. The work was done fantastically, and we were lucky enough to have a great guy, ******, as our main in-site restoration person. It is an old house with plenty of quirks, and he discussed them all with me so we could get things fixed properly for the long run. I am so appreciative, and impressed, with everyone I dealt with there, from the estimate people to the front desk, the supervisor, the billing department, and of course ******. ****** and kudos to everyone

This company did an outstanding job in reviewing the water damage to my home and doing a thorough investigation of the damage that had to be repaired. Definitely a company skilled in this particular field with competent professional staff.

Premier Restoration did a fantastic job cleaning up a rat infestation we had at our Maui condo. Everyone I worked with there were very professional and friendly. They were on the job ASAP, and the cleanup crew did awesome work. I highly recommend Premier Restoration for any major cleanup you need done, and their work will restore your home/apt/condo and your peace of mind. Thank you Kai, Anu, and the whole crew for your fantastic work!Here's the full story:I contacted PR on a Mon, they thoroughly inspected/photographed the damage Wed morning, by Wed late afternoon they sent a detailed estimate and contract that I signed and made a deposit, and they did the cleanup Thu and Fri.The 3 person cleanup crew were top notch - they cleaned and disinfected *everything* except as agreed the contents of cabinets (which the rats thankfully hadn't gotten into) and the laundry. That being said, to give us peace of mind, they disinfected/cleaned bedroom dresser drawers and cleaned out the content of our coffee table drawer in which the rats got into. They also disposed of all garbage and our hideaway-bed mattress and box-spring which they advised to toss since the rats had gotten between the mattress and box-spring. The crew was great about communicating with me as they worked, sending me photos with questions.Through their hard work, the transformation was amazing. I moved back in after 5 days during which I dried our rugs, pillows and cleaned off the disinfectant in major areas.None of our nice, wood furniture was harmed by the disinfectant: it was easy to get off with a little soap+water. For our bedroom laminate floors, after some trial and error, I got the disinfectant off by mopping with vinegar and water.I spent the next 1.5 weeks restoring internet/web cams, plugging the holes where the rats got in, cleaning the cleaning, doing a zillion loads of laundry and started to wash all our cabinet's dishes.I felt our place was back to normal when I returned to the mainland.

From my original examination of storm damages, with *****, to the final cleaning, after completion, with **** and *******, my expectations were met with greater satisfaction than I expected! We're tickled!!! **** and ******* went above and beyond to satisfy the Mrs. and succeeded in her 180 degree change of heart, when she viewed the finished job(s). I have a background in home construction and can't say enough about **** and ********* abilities to deliver a superb restoration! Thank you, ever so much, for taking such good care of me, my family and our home! Thank you too, to Premier's office staff and manager(s), who provided EXCELLENT estimate documents and scheduling of the job costs/payment. Anyone who has to suffer storm related damages to their home would do VERY WELL to choose Premier to return to better than before condition!
