The company has failed to fulfill their contractual obligations to the AOAO. The company has failed to manage the staff to maintain the property at acceptable levels. They have failed to manage their staff who continue to violate the House Rules which were put into force in June 2019. The company fails to update owners on basic questions such as when will we have an annual meeting. I have also been told I am not permitted to communicate with the Resident Manager or the Board and as such am being discriminated against as I am not being offered the same rights as the other owners in the complex. I have had numerous calls with our account manager, who continues to take action items but fails to follow up on any of them. This company is charging our AOAO a monthly fee but fail to meet each and every contractual obligation. they continue to fail to manage any of the staff to fulfill their duties. Poor financial records and poor record storage.Business response

Thank you for the information. Destination Maui is the managing agent for the Association. As such, through letters and requests from the owner's attorney and herself personally, we have been working with the Association's attorney, the Association's board of directors, and the Association's staff and manager to review, take action and respond to owner's questions.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:representatives from Destination Maui have failed to give any updates on any issues raised. promises have been made by Bronson C****** but no follow through on anything has been made. whether through the board, attorney etc.. I have been advised by my attorney I do not need to go through an attorney to raise day to day maintenance issues.
I request an update on all items by Friday June 25th as numerous emails have been sent, work orders submitted, emails sent to the board etc.. but Destination Maui has failed to respond in a timely manner.
