On January 12, 2021, Better Business Bureau reviewed the business records for a moving company operating as Cardinal Moving Systems. The business advertises an address of 488 Kamokila Blvd., Kapolei, Hawaii 96707, with a telephone number of 888-203-5631. A search of records with the Hawaii Business Registration Division, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, revealed the business license expired on December 05, 2017. The registrant, First USA Van Lines, LLC and Cardinal Moving Systems do not appear on the approved list of Active Motor Carriers published by the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission. First USA Van Lines is reported as not being in good standing, Entity Inv.- Revoked.

The website for Cardinal Moving Services can be found at http://www.cardinalmovingsystems.com. Cardinal Moving Systems advertises office addresses in California, Hawaii, Arizona, and New Jersey. A search of government records in these states failed to provide any business license information for the business or authorization to provide moving services. A search of records with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration revealed that Cardinal Moving Systems does not have an active DOT or Motor Carrier number. The business advertises a telephone number of 866-251-1007.

On January 13, 2021, BBB sent a letter to Cardinal Moving seeking business license information, and on January 22, 2021, BBB called the advertised telephone number. An employee said the main office is located in Los Angeles, California and they were not authorized to provide any licensing information. BBB was told the call was being transferred to a manager however, a manager never picked up the telephone.
