Purchased flooring & installation on 9/29/21 from *************************************************** Coverings, **** After installation, installer instructed me to remove blue tap 24 hrs after. I waited 48 hrs and when removed is when I realized there were 2 different transition colors that didn't match the floor. I had sent the salesman numerous emails asking for the matching transitions. He would continue to say that it's coming from the mainland. I sent numerous emails to salesma & rarely received a reply. Another salesperson asked me to forward my ***************** to her and she didn't reply either. About 8 weeks ago I walked into the store & spoke to the salesman personally, he kept saying its on it's way and using shipping issues as an *********** just have to wait. He said he will have the owner contact me. No response from owner. About 2 weeks ago I called to follow up again and was told this salesman is no longer working there. The transitions are not applied correctly also. Rubbish is trapping under it and makes a crackling sound when stepped on. I had same type of flooring installed in another condo by another installer and it had matching transitions and no problem with how it was installed/sealed. If there wasn't matching transitions available for what I chose that information should have been disclosed and I would have chose another. I would have not purchased if I knew this one didn't have matching transitions. I haven't received any apology or courtesy follow up email or call from any associate there or from "the owner". No one reached out to try to resolve this issue. I paid $4790.34 & still paying on a timely basis, Invoice #*****. Requested Resolution: Full or 90% Refund or Replace with another flooring choice that have matching transitions compatibly priced or Install matching transitions asap.Initial Complaint

3/22/2022 Call ************, we are interested in the countertop. Will pick out stock when we arrive to take delivery of travertine. Concerned because seemed to be only 9 in stock. **** tells me not to worry, 30 more in warehouse. 3/23/2022 **** sends me an invoice for the requested countertops. I pay the invoice online. Previously told they do not take anything less than 100% payment before delivery.3/25/20022 Take delivery of travertine. Told I can take countertop too. Don't have a frame to support the countertop, will have to coordinate with the fabricator and return Monday to pick up the stock. Ask to select stock now, **** tells me not to worry, plenty in the warehouse. 3/28/2022 Fabricator meets me at the warehouse for delivery. Warehouseman takes us to three pieces of material, two of which have visible chips from the surface and a long, scarring scrape on the top. Items are unusable. Informed this is old stock and I had received a sales price. The *************************** the warehouse are newer, will cost $300 more per piece. Not acceptable. Find ****, tell him if I am to take them in this condition, the price must be adjusted or I need the unmarred stock from the warehouse at the price agreed. He tells me, we are a scratch and dent business, this is what you paid for. I pull pictures up on my phone of their stock display, with no damage and tell him, thats what I paid for. He disagrees and I tell him it is not acceptable and refuse delivery. Request refund. He says he will have to talk to the warehouseman and his boss to straighten it out. 3/31/2022 Check status of refund, no joy. Still need boss OK.4/1/2022 Check status of refund, boss will return Monday. 4/7/2022 Check boss status. Offering store credit. Unacceptable. **** tells me this is very generous. I ask for the bosss phone number. He is off island. **** recommends text. I do. No response.Bait/Switch, deceitful about pricing and broken contract (time of delivery).Customer response

The attached photos of the businesses pages reflect the other names they do business under and includes their physical address. The invoice I sent also provides this information. Please let me know if you need data.Customer response

Their incompetence knows no bounds. Attached you will find a redacted copy of my license with my full name on it. They have me listed on the invoice that you have with my middle name, *************************, not my last name, *******. I have highlighted my names on my license so you can see.
As for the invoice, this business is listed locally as Lei Flooring and invoices as Flooring ******* Maui. I have attached a picture of the ****** search and website address, where you can see clearly that they are one in the same. Do I need to list other Doing Business As in the complaint filing?
I've also attached a copy of my credit card statement where they have charged me the amount of the invoice, highlighted for your reference.
