I had him work on mine and my wife's tax return 2021 and he never filed our return. he's been able to reach **************** since I have text him to finish what I paid g or. I phone call him nothing happened. At the same time I had him doing an abatement for text filing year that he didn't and file for reimbursement for me from the *** and State. I have to numbers to possible contact him. ************ and ************Business response

I am not sure what happen with this client state tax return. I did receive his message by email several days ago regarding this. I did re-transmit this clients state tax return and received an acknowledgement emailed this to **************
As for his abatement for federal and state tax interest and penalties, work has been submitted during covid-19 where both agencies were closed and not accepting in-person visits.
I can and will resend the work to the state and federal for reconsideration but this responsibility lies with both the federal and state tax agencies. There's very little that can be done if both agencies lack the personnel to complete taxpayers concerns with covid-19 playing a big factor.
Through new media both agencies acknowledged problems with staffing issues coupled by budget restrictions that resulted with taxpayer issues unresolved.
Its is also important to note that its is the sole responsibility of ************** to make contact with the ********** of ******** and the ************************ to follow up with the issues.
He informed me that the state did inform him that they did not receive his 2021 income tax return. When he notified me by email ********************** I quickly addressed his concerns and re-submitted his 2021 for N-11. As of today, that return has been electronically "Processed" by the state.
No mention of his federal tax return status for **************, if he is experiencing the same issue, I will be more than happy to mail (certified mail) a copy for him to mail to the ************************.
One of the telephone numbers he listed is my personal phone number that he listed on this site. I expect this to be removed from the records as it is clear that ************** complaint constitutes a business dealing between him and New Line Tax & Business Services LLC not "***************************"
Legal issues may result if any personal information is exposed to the general public with-out my consent.
I have solid document proof for the 2021 state tax filing but under law I am not authorize to release this information unless ************** is willing to sign a consent form that will allow me to add any personal tax documents to this website.

April 13th 2021 for the amount of $627.00 with tax included. I've been patiently waiting for him to complete this transaction it was has gone on way too long. Back in January I filed the first part of the complaint for an actions not completed. He did act upon it after that. The abatement asking of the status of where it's at and there's no file of him even starting on that with the **** This gentleman send me graphic photo I apologize for sending it to you this was sent from him using this as a matter of why he is unable to work on this this is after the fact that I asked him to start on this way before he needed to go in for necessary surgery. I am asking for this because he said he's unable to work on this right now because of his condition. I do not want a business that uses this for an excuse for why the process wasn't completed. I know the Better Business Bureau has helped me with several other incidents and they've been very successful with the obtaining a positive results for me. I have a trail of emails that go on. If additional emails are needed to prove that have been asking patiently for him to complete this. The *** website even tells you if somebody's been approved to work on your account and there is no justification there.Business response

This former customer already had issued a complaint with this Better Business Bureau, I responded in a timely manner and the client did not.
The customer work was completed and sent to the government agencies involved.
I decided to terminate our business relationship over two years ago due to a hostile family member of this former client was told to pick up work that was completed, We met at ******** center in ******* and the former customer relative could not find me in the parking lot and got very upset when I was waiting at the front entrance.
I called the former customer (***********************) to inform him of what happened when ************** laughed over the phone at the incident.
I terminated our business relationship thereafter and ************** decided to pursue a false suit by filing a complaint with the *** there after (over a year).
As mentioned earlier, ************** had already filed a complaint about this issue to the BBB and did not respond in a timely manner.
The company listed in the complaint is not the correct company and I am not a member of the ***.
If any adverse affects are produced by the *** after I responded in the same complaint by *** ****** I prepared to file suit.
I consider the complain as frivolous and with=out any merit.
This former customer is harassing me and I intend to file a complaint with the authorities over this matter.
