They rarely answer the phone, I have been trying to get them to finish the permit on my job that was finished in 2019, its still not done today. The permit office says its mercury solar that is dragging their feet. Mercury solar said they needed to finish some minor details to pass the inspection in 2022, so 3 years after and they are still working on getting the permit closed. I am trying to sell my house and mercury solar is causing me to delay/miss potential buyer due to their negligence/lethargy. I have a simple demand, finish the job that we agreed to UNDER CONTRACT and then I will never call you again. We have a contract for you to finish our install back in 2019-2020. We payed in full, you did not finish your end of the deal even to this day. No more excuses, just get it finished and Ill change this review to a glowing 5 stars. Doesnt matter what you say as a response, I am a fully paid customer, you are a ********************** that has not completed the work you are under contract to finish.

**** ; we did and finished our work as asked 3 years ago. You have our personal cell phones that you call. In fact, you called a while back and asked us to come check your batteries; we immediately called back and we came by. You were home and did not answer the door and then claimed we "trespassed" when we checked your ** battery as asked! YOU PLAY THESE CHILDISH SOCIAL MEDIA GAMES. WHY? ..you were upgraded from a lead acid battery for free to two ** chem batteries that cost $8000 more at no cost; Yet you act like this little self entitled little child. Your electrical permit is n fact closed and your building portion shows the inspector "could not enter" likely because just like before you did not answer your door and your up in you room playing computer games , or whatever you do when you don't answer your door. We will notify your commanding officer of your behavior. So you call the *** and schedule your own appointment directly with the inspector; So, when they come by you will answer your door. *** response time is not our job; it is however your job to answer the door and not hide like a child when the adults come by. Don't believe this?.. check the permit on line .. permit # ******.. "unable to enter". Publicly caught in your lie now I believe ***************??

Update for all. Even though the company gets angry and responds with all caps. They are well known with electrical inspectors of Oahu for being slow and having quite a few errors. Let it be known that even though they claim incorrectly that everything was completed three years ago and finalized, the permits were only just closed last week after me, myself, and I forced the electrical inspector to come inspect the system. He found errors and told them to fix them as usual. The company did nothing until I went around them. I dont care what they have to say about anything. They are lazy, never answer the phone and then scold their customers for reacting to their poor service. I will never spend another dime on your company. I wasnt upgraded and my system never reaches over 15% battery because of your improper sizing. I have the same usage as before and you undersized for my house. Take some responsibility and improve, or dont, I dont care. Consider a customer lost, hopefully many more to follow with your reputation. Bye

I also love the caught you publicly in a lie response very adult of you. Seeing as it points out your own ineptitude. Maybe you are as confused as the inspectors that I have been working with, since your company opened two permits for no reason, the correct permit which I have closed which has all the inspections closed is under the following number: ** #******. So how about being publicly caught being incompetent? Must be a nice feeling for you out here in the adult world. Have a nice day.

I have reached out to this company on several occasions on a system I have had with them well over 10 years. Since this was installed on my roof (solar water system ) they never ever came out to maintain it. Now that the system in no longer functional due to wear and tear and the continuous auto payment monthly to them. They send couple of guys to check this out and no response back stating due to several of them being out sick and owner out sick as well. Phone calls were made to this company where I kept tabs on days I reach out to them. This is just bad business. I want them to remove this system off my roof and I will cancel my automatic payment to them.

Rose we service paying customers; pretty sure when the crew first came by it was found you had not paid your monthly payment for a while; once you paid the system was repaired. This was all mid Covid and yes a lot of the crew was sick with *****. So not sure why you think we all should be "****** on the spot" during a world wide pandemic.. especially if your account was not kept current. If you don't pay your Cable Bill the Cable gets turned off; your lucky we did not turn you hot water off.
