Even though I'm paying for all the stuff that they said I had to pay for, I really really thought it was 100 and 99 dollars and they were going to give me 10 days to talk with my husband to see if it their discounts. Discounts I'm going on a cruise right now that's not even discounted by them that I didn't even use them because I could get a better deal without them.

A zoom presentation done after calling and texting to attend for free vacation. It was not free. Signed for this thinking I would have discounts to upcoming trips to hotels. The presentation was misleading showing high discounts if you sign up. There was no tab for flights on the Aloha website. They charged me $300 and the total will be $1800 -$2000 to pay for access to a website that does not give you discounts. This is the part that I thought sold me. The discounts are higher than the regular sites such as super.com, Priceline, etc. I tried to cancel the service/ agreement not even an 30!minutes to an hour after I hung up the phone and zoom call needed and no one got with me until 48 hours later. I was sent an email stating all sales are final, if I had I saw this on the agreement, I would have questioned it and and hung up the phone. It looks like pages were altered in the contract and sent after I clicked on the check ***** This has to be against the law to not allow someone a short window to cancel an agreement and unethical. Because I called and emailed the rep 30 minutes after the presentation was over. This basically is a time share and I am now stuck paying for something I am unhappy with. This is poor customer service. I think everyone should start a class action complaint. This is ridiculous and unfair for so many consumers to be so unhappy. Please do your research before you sign up for this company. Now it appears that we are stuck with something we are not happy with and you are not getting your money worth. Still waiting on my attorneys assistance. If I could give a zero star ?? I would do to misleading information and poor customer service. I just want a refund and to cancel this since I did send several emails and contacted the chat support personnel the same day.

Stay away from this company's webinar!! Yesterday I booked an island tour and got a text asking me if I'd like to attend a 45 minute presentation on Zoom and receive a buy one/get one luau. I thought, sure, I'll learn more about Oahu and get one free luau, why not. The 45 minute presentation was closer to an hour. Then I was transferred to Chase, a sales rep. **** are selling a vacation program. ***** came across as a nice young man. He presented me with 3 options, each one less expensive than the previous one, and now another hour had passed. I considered their offer and decided that it wasn't for me. At this point, 2 hours later, I said I had to leave and would he please set up my free luau. Well - Chase was no longer a nice young man. He was angry and hostile and called me names. He said that he was the one who would need to process my gift, and he was being abusive. So I disconnected from the Zoom. I then texted the company. The response I got was, ""I am so sorry about that, I assure you that this will not happen again. I will let the management know about this and take action. I will be the one taking care of your luau." She then asked me when I'd like to go, and I told her. Guess what happened next? NOTHING. Today I texted again, no response. I called the number I was texting and was sent to voicemail. I left a message asking for someone to call me. DID NOT HAPPEN. This is a *******. Plain and simple, just don't.
