08/05/23, Lunch take out, 1pm Ordered 3 lunch specials. Food quality terrible on one. Oyster sauce chicken cake noodle. $12.95. Cake noodle not freshly made. Request for refund. Called back 5pm. Spoke to *****, manager. She declined my refund request $12.95.Business response

***** has informed me about this incident. To summarize what happened through ****** experience the customer called back at a later time complaining and requesting a refund. Complains are usually made after they get home and discovers a problem with their food. This complain call was made hours after the order was picked up. The customer was asked to bring the food back so we could switch it out and replace the food because that is what we do, if worse comes to worse then they bring the food back and we see the problem and issue a refund. The customer says that is not possible because all the food was consumed. All of it. To be honest if there was a complaint about the food the food would not at all be further consumed, much less all of it being gone. How are we supposed to go through with this complaint and issue a refund when the customer has consumed all the food? Refund was declined based on this fact.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I did call early after getting home. Worker told me to call back at 5pm to speak to manager, *****. If food wasn't made fresh, a refund should be issued. Cake noodle was cold, hard. ***** stated Cake noodle was made in early morning. Entree wasn't hot at all.
