I requested a quote for a Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy or CGL POLICY. Agent ************* initially made the quote and there were errors to the Policy with my home or business address which needed correction. I brought this issue up to ********** and President *************************** a classmate from *********** who instead of making the correction. Transferred the quote, agency, and Policy somewhere else and now I either had an outrageously expensive policy or no policy whatsoever. I feel ****************** has in essence retaliated against me using these other agents to eliminate my Business from operations at the ************************************* or ***. The Insurance ******************** and ********************* have also conspired and not performed their duty to regulate these Businesses from Fraudulent transactions of overcharging and price gouging with Business Insurance.Customer response

This is a continuation of the previous complaint from yesterday. *************************** President of Business Insurance called me at about 1:35pm on Sunday 8/15/2021. ****** is now alleging that I wanted to switch to Pyramid Insurance Co. When ****************** at that time refused to correct the error of his policy with my Business Address. He literally forced me to move on and wanted me to transfer to another company. He is in essence changed his tune and is lying about the initial situation in April of 2021. He refuses to write me another policy at the same rates and Pyramid Insurance as well has quoted me an outrageous rate ($9000.00) that were initial complaints to the Insurance ********************* ****************** desires to have a legal battle over a Policy that I cant get from another agent. I dont think so, as ***************** has deep pockets and has intentions to bury me with his Legal team.

The following is Business Insurance Services, Inc. (BIS)s response to Mr. ***** baseless complaint.
************ initially worked with *************, a BIS agent, to secure a quote. ********** presented his quote and tried to clear up some loose ends with ************. ************, however, was uncooperative. ************ subsequently called ***************************, BIS President, out of the blue and asked ****************** to help him with the quote. ****************** checked with ********** and was informed that ************ was uncooperative and not professional in his dealings with **********. At that point, ****************** informed ************ that ********** no longer wanted to work with him and that ************ could find another agent to access BIS quote with an Agent of Record Transfer Letter. ************ indicated that he understood the situation and the process to access BIS quote. ****************** gave ************ the names of other agencies who write a lot of taxi business. BIS believes ************ went to an agency that writes a lot of taxi businesses for a quote.
Several weeks later, ************ came back and said the quote from the other agency was much higher than BIS. He then made the outrageous claim that BIS had conspired with the other agency to provide him with a higher quote. ****************** tried his best to calmly explain that ************ needed to work things out with the other agency as he didnt know what was quoted or the reason for having different quotes. In addition, ****************** informed ************ that BIS no longer wanted to work with him due to a breakdown in the relationship. ************ responded by making the ridiculous allegation that BIS and the rest of the insurance industry, as a whole, were conspiring against him, and this was all a plot against him to make it difficult for him to get insurance.
In closing, theres no conspiracy among BIS, other insurance agencies, or the industry as a whole preventing ************ from obtaining a fairly priced insurance premium quote. Mr. ***** allegations have no merit and are not based on fact.
