We hire this caregiver company for an caregiver for two senior disability people. They either dont send anyone or send someone that dont speak English or no show or dont communicate over length of month and just keep collect money from the insurance. The caregiver they send have no experience to care for disability person not even simple as showering or simple house workBusiness response

In regards to the complaint submitted to guys majority of *********** message is out right untrue. ************ parents has been with the company for a long time and she knows that we have provided consistent care, barely lapsing services for even a day once in a while when a replacement couldn't be arranged last minute when the regular caregiver would call in sick. Before this past month *** has always expressed nothing but great satisfaction on her and her parents behalf with the services and caregivers we have provided.
In regards to her horrible accusation that we don't provide services yet still continue to collect insurance money is a flat out LIE and we have the company billing records to prove it.
Lately it has been extremely difficult finding caregivers available and willing to work ever since the government mandated EVV or electronic visit verification. Lately we don't have as much people available to pick up shifts. This whole dilemma started when her parents regular caregiver ****** who they loved, for some reason up and abandoned her position with the company. After ****** left the company with no warning it left me in a tough position having no time to find a replacement first. We really tried to find her parents a new caregiver as soon as possible and kept communicating any kind of updates we had for her daughter. After 1 week had gone by and we couldn't find anyone we contacted the insurance provider and asked them to start looking for another agency while we continued trying to find the parents someone as well. They were never able to find anyone either still after a month which is when the owner of the company decided to step in and help the parents herself. After a few times helping herself we found a temporary caregiver for one week, and then immediately after that we finally found them a long term caregiver that has been consistently providing services almost the entire month of August. ***** the owner of the company as well as myself kept consistent communication with the daughter the entire time during this period.
