The delivery companies theyre using are much to be desired. Most of these guys look like they just got out of jail and act like it. Every single time Ive ordered furniture, its broken or missing pieces!! I used to order all the time when they used that *********** but the last couple years its been horrible.

***CAUTION BUYER BEWARE*** The absolute worst customer service when it comes to honoring a prepaid warranty. I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE TO THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. We've all been there before when making a substantial purchase, should we fork out even more hard earned money to protect our investment in the form of an extended warranty? A decision always made easier with the strong encouragement of some salesperson just trying to make a living. In my case, after careful consideration I decided to go with the $219.00 *************** Plan" to protect my $1,151.83 Home Stretch recliner (most money I ever spent on a piece of furniture) and mind you I'm an elderly, disabled individual on a fixed income. So it goes without saying that after my "Made in America" over priced and poorly constructed chair went to s*** after less than 2 yrs (all electrical wiring frayed, causing chair to be inoperable) I must make use of this "so called" warranty right? I mean, my God I'm using a laundry basket and pillow to raise my legs. I only have 1 chair! I've passionately shared and pleaded with at least 3 different departments and no less than 6 individuals over the course of almost 2 months! Please I would beg, replace or repair my chair. I've got NOTHING BUT BROKEN PROMISES! Literally individuals from the warranty department ****** and Joeziah) promising me an answer on several different days just to leave me hanging waiting by my phone. I'm beyond livid but far from giving up. Shame on you people!

I purchased a dark color wood bed frame with four drawers on 3/19/2021 from this company for my child before my youngest one was born.On first day awe found strong chemical smell from the bed frame and drawers. My wife had to open all windows and keep the door open all the time, and hope the bad smell will go away. But after 5 months the bad smell is still there.For the whole summer, we were not able to use the room. If with the ** on, windows and door closed, the smell is even stronger.Everyone stayed in the room will feel headache and dizzy. I once stayed over night, I had headache and my eyes and throat sored.Until today, my child are not able to use this bed/ this room. My wife had to sleep on a small bed with our new born baby.If with the four drawers put on, the bad smell will be stronger, we had to pull out all four drawers and put them in the living room.I reported this issue with this company two weeks ago. They sent one technician for check up.He said he did not smell anything; and today I received an email saying that they will not do anything on this.But the fact is the smell is still there. we can not use this bedframe. We worried a lot for health problem if we use this product.We look forward to a satisfactory solution. Best regards,***************
