      The email attached is from *****************************...she said I would get a refund of $38.11....nothing and this was October 7th. I have told her 3 times that nothing to date and I now am not getting a response from her.       NEVER AGAIN, SpeediShuttle!!!(Reservation SP6108625 @ 10/21/2022)You left us stranded! Waiting (on time) at the same spot as all the previous pickups at ****************************, we saw your van approach (also on time) and IMMEDIATELY LEAVE before we could get our bags to the van. Shocked, we frantically called the SpeediShuttle office. The recording (boasting about the great service) went on and on for 27 minutes before being answered. By then we had to arrange for alternate transportation (at additional expense) or miss our flight. Also, on the trip from *** to ******************** (Res. ********* @ 10/7/2022), it was disconcerting to see that the driver was texting while driving.For many years, we have been pleased with the service. Thats why we continued to book it since 2012. But now, with this experience, we will always use another one and recommend doing so to all of our family and friends in addition to posting warnings on social media. We officially demand a refund.THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS.

      Aloha all,

      Notes in this reservation state that driver arrived a bit before the 8:25am. Driver had called guests on their provided cell phone number two times and guests did not answer. Driver then departed as he had other guests on board and other pick *** to fulfill. 

      Our shared ride shuttle instructions for departures are to be outside the scheduled pick up location 15 minutes before and allow 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time 

      for the shuttle to arrive- due to the nature of the shared ride shuttle.

      Unfortunately because we did fulfill our commitment of coming to **************** at designated time as even called guests 2 times to further attempt to collect them, no refund is due.

      I am rejecting this response because:  We WERE at the designated pickup place at the designated time (8:25am), SAME as all prior pickups by SpeediShuttle.  The driver approached but DID NOT STOP to see us bringing our bags.  NO PHONE CALL was received.

      I purchased roundtrip transfers from *** to the *********************** Beach Resort for 09/29/2021. We had a late flight on ********* Airlines. When we arrived after going thru the screenings we went to the baggage claims area and retrieved our luggage. There was no sign of Speedi Shuttle. We asked the airport employees there if they had seen them . They had not . There were several employees there at the time. Some employees tried to contact the service. they was no sign of them . We called all the phone numbers we had but they were closed. We ended up having to take a Taxi and spend $40 more.I contacted them the next morning when they opened. I was told they would look into it and call me back about a refund. They never called.I called back on Oct 3 2021 to make sure they would be picking us up to take us to the airport.i was told they would be there but I would have to contact ******************* to get a refund.. All they did was pass the buck.. I do not like paying for something that i did not receive. I contacted SW Vacations and was told that we were no shows according to Speedi Shuttle , so no refund. Its funny that at the airport on 09/29/21 no one had seen Speedi Shuttle. I WANT A REFUND!!!

      I reserved and paid for a round trip shuttle service for our arrival and departure in Kauai, ** from 7/29-8/3/21. The shuttle was scheduled to pick us up at LIH at 3:40p and we had to wait over 1.5 hours for that shuttle to arrive to take us to our destination. I had also ordered and pre-paid for two flower **** which we did not receive. While on vacation, I emailed and called Speedishuttle a few times to share my concerns, ask for a refund and share my concern about the timeliness for our trip back to LIH. I never heard back from them directly however they did send a private car to pick us up for our departure trip back to the airport. Unfortunately, my pre-paid driver tip did not get shared with that driver and I ended up paying an additional tip.I have emailed the company three times and called four times with no response. I just spent 25 minutes waiting to speak with someone and when I did, I was advised to send an email because there were no available managers.

      I had a confirmed pickup at pagoda hotel on 7/20/21, at 5:00 am. I was there at 4:45 am , as I always try to be there early. I waited and waited. 5:30 am, no one came. I tried calling and all I got was a recording stating office did not open til 8 :am. Finally, at 6: 30, I caught a taxi as I needed to go to the airport for my 7:45 am flight.I paid $30. . No, I,did not get a receipt. When I finally reached someone at Speedi shuttle , Shey.,admitted the driver forgot to,pick me up. Referred me to customer relations. After 4 attempts, I finally got a response. They did reverse my charges for the pick up but told me they do not reimburse for taxi. I think I,should be refunded the taxi costs. I,had no alternative. I am asking for your help. I was so,stressed. I can never trust them again. Thanking you in advance. ***************************

      I booked limo service via Expedia on behalf of my client and SpeediShuttle (aka Aurthur's limousines) was contracted for the service. - They picked up my client on March 30, 2021. No complaints for the pick-up service. It was successful.- The issue came when SpeediShuttle was supposed to pick up the client on June 8, 2021. They never showed. The client attempted to contact them, but was never able to reach anyone. They were forced to take a taxi.- I emailed ***************** at SpeediShuttle to request a refund for the return transfer the same day on June 8th.- ***************** replied June 9 stating, "Since they booked and paid directly thru Expedia they will need to contact them for their refund."- I contacted Expedia June 13 to seek resolution. They stated they logged a case. I contacted them several more times to reslove the issue with no progress. On July 23rd Expedia informed me that SpeediShuttle denied the refund request.

      I pre-paid for Speedi Shuttle service from ***** Airport to ************************* resort which totaled S195.11. In short, the driver drove us towards our destination before hitting traffic and then falsely claiming that there was a fatal accident which had closed the roads. She then received permission from her dispatcher to turn around and return my wife and I to the airport. She said they would not have any availabilities to come back and take us to the resort as expected.In doing so, we were forced to spend an additional $331.30 for a hotel stay and Uber to our resort the following day. Ultimately, I received a refund of the pre-paid amount from the customer ********************** representative however, request to be compensated for the additional $331.30 have been ignored and I have not received any communication from customer relations. ********************** reservation # SP5274782 July 1, 2021 pickup time 11:30am

      We booked a trip between hotel and airport. We are traveling with a one year old, so we paid extra to rent a carseat. On the trip to airport, the driver forget to bring the carseat. We had really bad experience since baby is on lap without belt and crying the whole time. They promised to refund, but they have no response at all when I contacted afterwards. Detail of the the fare: (1)date: return trip happened on 22may2021 (2)amount paid is $16 per trip per person including baby, and $5.5 per trip for carseat. Total is $107.(3)refund of fare was promised at the time due to their mistake and our bad experience (4)I don't feel I received the service I expected (5)the business totally ignored when I contacted (6)reservation number SP5143078 SP5143086

      Thankfully it is legal in the State of ****** for a child to ride inside a commercial vehicle without a carseat. We do however, apologize for the inconvenience of not receiving the car seat service extra which was requested. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee car seats to show ** in shared ride shuttles due to the nature of the shared ride shuttle.

      However, we refunded your card for the service extras officially on 6/16/21. We do apologize for the delay in doing so. We have been experiencing more than double the amount of pre-pandemic visitors into our islands, and while still being amidst a pandemic, we're having a harder time than normal recruiting team members back to work to support our operation.

      We thank you for your patience and understanding during these trying times.

      I am rejecting this response because: I can't feel any sincerity from the response, just a bunch of excuses. It's legal doesn't mean you can risk my baby's life! It sounds complete wrong when you say you can't guarantee the car seat I reserved. What's point of reservation then????? And you didn't want to refund me at all, you won't take call and you ignored all my emails. You only refunded me $5.5 after I went the hard way to dispute thru my bank. That's the car seat reservation fee only. What about my baby didn't sit on her seat at all? I request her seat fare to be refunded.
