I bought a truck from Aiona car Sales in Feb 2020. I wasn't able to test drive the vehicle, but was told everything was running good and vehicle was in top shape.Within a month or so I needed to change tires. Then the ac broke. The drivers door latch broke. Then the passenger side. Now this has been the 4th time they have fixed my brakes and it's still locking up and giving issues.The underneath of the truck is rusted out. My sons foot went through the truck bed, the rust is so bad.My total payout of truck with their added on financing is double what the car was...im paying $44000 for a rust bucket.I drive to and from work with is approximately and hour away. I am concerned for safety of myself and others.How do I go about fixing the issue and getting a new vehicle. They sold me a lemon!!

Its been over 2 years and over ****** miles since date of purchase.
The a/c and drivers door latch repairs were both covered by the vehicle service agreement at no additional out of pocket cost.
I only have records of it coming in to the shop for brakes 3 times. 2 of which were follow *** that were covered by us at no charge as we did need to change the brand of caliper and replace after the initial visit. ******************* did pay for the initial brake repair. That initial visit was over ****** miles and 20 months since date of purchase.
I cant speak to the rust, as again, its been some time since purchase.
The price, interest rate and finance charges are all disclosed and signed for at time of purchase.
If the desired result is to trade the vehicle in and look for something else, wed be more than happy to accommodate.
Ive attached the repair orders I have on file as well as the Carfax Vehicle History Report from when the vehicle was in our inventory pre-sale to ********************. It does show a clean vehicle history report, along with regular servicing of the vehicle. Ive also attached a recent Carfax and the repair orders for the truck. I have copies of the signed paperwork for the vehicle disclosing price, interest rate and everything else related to the purchase and finance of it. Ive held off attaching those as they do show personal financial information, but will send if requested.
