Since the Sleep Center converted to Aetna's billing system I have nothing but problems. The bills are incorrect--charging me for services on dates I have never been to the office as well as charging me for services I paid in full while in the office. I have tried my best to straighten this out since Nov 2023 but it requires calls and visits to their location which never resolve anything! I will be filing a complaint about this provider and services.

After a four-year experience with this establishment, it is with regret that I am unable to provide a higher rating. The consistent negligence and miscommunication among the staff have greatly impacted my opinion. One notable instance was when they completely forgot about my narcolepsy diagnosis, leading to distress and confusion when scheduling a follow-up appointment. It took them 2-3 years to acknowledge their mistake and extend an apology.Booking appointments with them has been an absolute nightmare, despite my efforts. Last-minute changes and unavailability of necessary supplies were common, even with months of prior arrangements. Additionally, they frequently scheduled me for unrelated issues, causing further delays and frustrations. Attempts to communicate with the staff, even with the assistance of a case worker and health coordinator, proved fruitless. I received no response, not even a voicemail.A significant grievance I have with this establishment is their handling of the mass recall of ******** Respironics CPAP machines. While I understand this is beyond their control, my concerns regarding my treatment were consistently brushed off. Feedback on proposed solutions or suggestions was entirely disregarded, regardless of their efficacy.They referred me to technicians for unrelated issues and wrongly implied that my primary care physician could adjust my pressure settings. It became evident that only sleep science specialists possess the necessary expertise. Each interaction with them resulted in further complications. It took 2-3 years to obtain a referral to a specialist for my narcolepsy, followed by an additional 6 months to secure an appointment with the specialist (not affiliated with the Sleep Center of Hawaii). This highlights the extensive time and effort invested in rectifying my treatment.The ongoing lack of communication and sustained negligence have frustrated me to the extent that I feel compelled to share this review.
