I hired the company to do a major exterior renovation. They installed a new irrigation system. My water **** increased over 3x the normal amount even during the winter months. I started to use the irrigation system in April. In early Mai, I noticed water actively running down my driveway. The *************** came out and determined it wasn't a **********. After turning the irrigation system off from the inground street leve, the water immediately stopped flowing. I called ********************** and was told by both Brittany ********************** and ****** that my calls would be returned. After several days of multiple calls on my part, the owner ***** ********************** calls and says he will come out on 5/17. ***** has neither come to view the issue or called to rescheduleBusiness response

************ reported a suspected break in her irrigation line when she saw water coming up from underground. Our install team was able to review and repair the break. After the initial repair the pressure from the city water caused the pipes to burst in a different area and a pressure regulator had to be installed to correct the issue. All projects have since been repaired and everything is working as it should. See letter attached given to company to provide to the water company.
