B Line Curbing came to measure the lines at my yard for a curb installation project on a rainy day. I and the agent that came for the measuring, a lady named ******************************* agreed to have a footage of 253' covered with a decorative curb. She mentioned the construction workers will do an actual measurement after the work is finished for the exact work done. I could not go with her around the whole house due to the rain. The job was completed but I found out after they left that my mail box location was not really looking as I wanted. I called ******** same day after the workers left to advise of my concerns. She stated I needed to make the balance payment for what I contracted them for and then she would look into her appointment to schedule a day for the measurement of the new portion I needed decorated. I made the payment and called her back, she stated she was heading to a meeting and will call me back. she did not call back, I called her back today which was like a week after she promised to call back and she was so rude to me on the phone. She didn't allow me to speak. she stated there is a limit to what they can or cannot do due to pricing and that she needed to speak with her boss first. I was going to tell her that was not what we agreed on previously, she won't let me speak and she hung up on me. I called back and she did not pick my call. I paid a total of $2,768.00 for this project and I am willing to pay for the remaining portion to complete my yard work but at the moment I am not satisfied and I need this resolved. Poor customer service, dissatisfied customer.
