The guys were great and efficient! We had ****, ****, *****, and ****** and they were fast, careful, and made moving a pleasant experience!! They even saved me money on my move with how quick they were! I have used college hunks before and I will continue to use them for my future needs!Review from Ryan M

I had a move from ********** ** ***** to ****** ** *****. Today was my first experience using College Hunks and will be my last. I already spoke to **** at the home office a few times today. He is fully aware of the situation and has even confirmed it with ******* (he was clearly heading the three-man crew I had today). The other two movers were moving like they were stuck in mud. My wife sat with a clipboard at one part making tallies every time someone walked in our home then out empty handed. She quit counting when the number hit 30. You had movers continuing to go upstairs after ******* told them the upstairs was finished. They loaded the truck in an incredibly awkward fashion, then had to unload chunks of it to reload again. At one point, I look out to see one of the movers laying on top of my dresser while the other two are working. I want to stress that ******* was amazing and did a fantastic job. The other two were atrocious. I have to 65" TVs in dreading unpacking because the way they were stored on the truck. To be charged the rate I was for the work that was done is embarrassing. **** said he talked with *******, and they will be having a real sit down with the other crew members today about their lack of hustle and effort. That's fine and all, but I believe some form or reimbursement is in order. Again, two get a crew of three guys and have 1 busting a** while the other 2 twiddle their thumbs while be charged for 3 men is gross. I had my wife hold off on leaving her reviews online because I wanted to speak to someone first. Again, **** and ******* were both fantastic representatives of your company. The other two, not so much. My wife and I have sent 4 emails to their claims/damages department (which is supposed to be seen by the owner) and called their direct office every other day for the last 2 weeks. NOTHING! Enough is enough. I would give them 0 stars if applicable. Their customer service is matching their work ethic.

Terrible experience. Apparently local can not be held responsible by the corporation standards and company supports that by re-routing concerns to the local branch. Again, we apologize if we failed to provide you with a stress-free experience. I spoke to upper management regarding your other concerns and at this time there is not much more we can do on this matter.There still remains the issues around the whole experience that I believe was costly by design:-up charge push to 2-3 hunks: this alludes to them realizing the scope of the job may be bigger than the orginal 2 quoted. -however they did not suggest more to not only get the extra charge for a person but also the hourly charge. -the workers even agreed to the need for more people from the description. They further indicated that this was to no surprise as if they were in this situation various other times. Please assist with connecting me via email with someone that can address this issue and provide compensation outside of the damages(which I also think would have been averted if none of the above occurred).-Attention Corporate,This email is regarding my recent service -Confirmation #: ******* Service Date: Thursday November 17th, 2022. Of all my moves in life this was the worse and most costly. This was not the stress-free move full of courteous interactions. I had a great experience from start to finish, but ****** and ****** were awesome. I hope Im spelling their names correctly. Both were super pleasant to deal with. My experience with this company has been nothing but a complete nightmare. I was in need of movers and Googled to find movers that were in my area and selected this business which I didnt know initially was a franchise listed also as Titus 2 Project LLC, and owned and operated by very disrespectful, unprofessional, fraudulent, and threatening behavior individuals. My initial call to the company was to receive a quote, they asked a series of questions that I provided accurate and honest answers to even though I have several threatening emails from the companys staff stating that I falsified information which is false and they only became irate with me when I voiced the unprofessional events that took place during my move and how dissatisfied I was with the services I was provided. Today, was the last draw as I recently moved into my new home and unpacked items missing parts and that were damaged I placed a small claim advising the legs and screws from my brand new tv were missing and also screws from my vanity set and instead of them taking accountability for their poor actions they responded to my email in a very disrespectful and threatening manner, after I explained to them I had to order and pay for new legs for my tv. (College Hunks response was: Your communication has been abusive, misleading, and your accusations have not aligned with the facts.Your claim is denied.Further, I must tell you to cease and desist calling our office. We do not wish to be rude to anyone. However, we will not allow you to continue to harangue, abuse, and harass our staff further than you have already. 1-Job is incomplete. 2-Damage to my item. 3-Incorrect amount charged.4-Bad manager customer service Summary of my grievances -I was promise to have 3 men for $188/hr but only 2 men came to my house. They came 45 min late and took more than 4 hours to move 1 couch, 1 king *** and 6 boxes and it was only less than 10 min drive from my house to the apartment. They broke my ***.... so they have to glue my *** but still did not fix the other broken part of the *** because the other part need to be screwed.... so they left my *** on the floor and I ended up sleeping on the floor. Did I mention they billed me $900+ so I complained and they adjusted my rate to $148/hr with total of $772 but still overcharged me. I refused to pay because they increase my price and the manager threatens to call a police so my husband who is not home called a police. The manager also threatens to *** me and I will see you in court. I will need my *** replaced and it's worth $2k. The police seen my broken *** and have my grievances reported. Right now, am still sleeping on the floor with my broken *** and my back problem. I will definitely not recommend this company. Hire a professional. Thank you college hunk hauling junk and moving company for making my moving experience a nightmare!
