      I’ve been getting scans done every 3 months for the past 2 years and paying this company $500 every time to “read” the scan bc the hospital contracts them. They didn’t send a bill last time and sent me to collections without notice or even a phone call.

      My insurance had some type of glitch and denied my claim with universal Radiology. In the meantime, I paid the bill. My insurance has now paid and I have been calling them for several months for a refund. Each time being told something different. I hope to never have to deal with this company again! This ridiculous! It's funny how they can take your money instantly but will give you the runaround about when a check was mailed. I wish I could leave zero stars

      There are no adequate words to describe my disappointment and frustration with this company.
      I have NEVER received one bill, nor phone call, from this company regarding any services they have provided for my health care, and then today I receive a threatening phone call from a collection agency.
      I have PERFECT credit. Why would I risk that for a $29.07 bill???
      I called the company directly and spoke to one of their representatives and explained the situation. Her response: Yes, a lot of our clients don't seem to receive the bills, but there is nothing I can do once we send it to collections.
      Unbelievable.
      From now on, we as clients, need to specifically request that our radiology exams be read by any company other than Universal Radiology or *********************
      This is unacceptable!

      I have already paid the "alleged" bill, even though***** has no evidence of this ever being filed and I have no recollection of having this service performed on the "alleged" date of service from TWO YEARS ago.
      Your canned response is only to assuage the damage that my review may have.
      Given the fact that I don't believe this bill to be legitimate, I have never had ANY correspondence from your company regarding said bill, and then I am sent to collections two years later for less than $30.00, I don't think my time is worth the hassle of emailing you with more specific details about the situation.
      Your representative didn't seem to care when I called (after waiting on hold for an hour), so why would emailing be any different?
      In the future I will be sure that my providers are not sending any of my images to your companies, that way I can be guaranteed to avoid any future issues.
      However, I would suggest that you address these obvious issues within your business, as they are not only unprofessional, your practices are unethical.

      If I could give zero stars I would billing is horrible. I received a bill for $76.04. I went online and setup 4 monthly payments for $44.0* on 4/*, 5/*, 6,* and 7/*. On 5/** I paid off the balance of 88.02. My balance was $0 but the payment of $44.01 was still taken out on 6/*. I called and requested a refund and was told it takes 6-8 weeks. I asked them to cancel my automatic payments and was told that it was canceled. I have the screen shot of the chat. Looked at my account this morning and they have taken another payment out. WHY TAKE MY MONEY IF MY BALANCE IS $0? I called today and was told they didn't see the payment but will log a case to review my account. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE REFUND FROM 5/*. NOW I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 MONTHS FOR THIS ONE ALSO.

      Just like everyone else.....no bill sent..EVER...just an automated call threatening to sent it to collections. Used the info from the automated call to look up the BS site and paid the bill. Kind a need to send a bill to get paid, don't you think?? Clearly someone isn't doing their job.
