      The sales staff and managers at alm kia south are some of the most unpleasant and unprofessional customer service workers I have ever dealt with. The don't know their own inventory, they don't know their prices, and they don't know how to leave you alone when they convince you NOT to buy from them. Buyer beware and look elsewhere for your next vehicle!

      I purchased a 2021 forerunner from ALM. This was a horrible Experience! The Salesperson dropped the ball several times. The * and I guys did the paperwork wrong three times. Then trying to get someone on the phone is tough as every person in the dealership has a full voicemail.Then the Salesperson dropped the ball on vehicle delivery because he was trying to handle details of our sale while he was on vacation instead of turning over the sale to another salesperson and splitting the deal. The car was a Christmas gift to my wife. Therefore, we had to drive for 11 hours to pick the car up on Christmas Eve. The salesperson and manager agreed to refund the delivery fee of ******. It has now been almost three months and we have no received the check. The salesperson ******* has stopped returning calls about this matter. After several calls we finally got a return call from the manager ******. I missed the call and the manager accidentally left a racist message on my answering machine that made it clear he didn't value me as a customer because of the color of my skin! Disgusting People!

      We seem to have a misunderstanding of the facts. You wire transferred $37890.97 to **. This matches your bill of sale, however there is no shipping fee on your bill of sale. We would not deliver a vehicle to you without receiving the funds to pay for shipping. I have spoken with ****** regarding your allegation of him leaving a racist comment on your voicemail, we serve all of our customers  and have yet to receive a complaint such as yours.       Sales person could not answer any questions without going to ask someone else. After about 2 hours, and a lot of waiting, she ran credit check. I finally got to see my choice. It had tar on the passenger side and a flat tire on the driver side. She promised a new tire. About an hour later, was told they did not have a tire. It being well after 5, the tire store was closed. We left with an appointment for 10 sat. Got there on time. Nothing had been done. One of the managers told us he would put boot on tire. I told him I DID NO WANT A BOOT. He told us we would have to come back Tuesday. Asked if why I had to come back when they numerous sportages on the lot and why he could not make a swap? After a long wait swap made. Papers signed, deal made. Then we were she was going to have it detailed! I was so sick of the lies and the waiting i told , not to bother! This was 2:20!I am 73 years old and bought a lot of cars, but this was the MOST unprofessional experience I have ever had!!!!

      If I could give negative stars, I would. The salesman was rude and that should have been a sign, but the finance guy stepped in and took over. I know better, but I signed without verifying the amounts. I only checked the Vin number, make and model. Here we are (2 days later) realizing that we were way overcharged from the originally quoted price. DO NOT STOP HERE! Buy a car from anyone else. They will try to trick you.

      This dealership will say anything and flat out lie just to make extra money off customers. I was tricked into purchasing the additional protection packages on my new vehicle because I relied on information given to me by not one but two separate finance managers at this dealership. Even when I questioned the information they gave, they reassured me that the information was accurate. Since they do this for a living, I foolishly assumed that they knew what they were talking about. Nope, it was just a tactic to make extra money for themselves and the dealership. Now because of dishonest employees of this dealership, I am out an extra $350 on top of the money I paid to catch a flight to buy a vehicle from this dealership. You would think that the dealership would care about their customers enough to honor the information that their employees erroneously gave me and assured me was correct. Nope, not only are they not willing to take the $350 loss but the ** *********************** doesnt even have enough respect for the customers to even respond to my email or return my phone calls. Apparently, the only thing that matters at this dealership is getting peoples money by any means necessary even flat out lying. Any business can make a sell but its the service after the sell that really shows the true character of the business. If you do decide to buy a vehicle from this dealership that prioritizes money over customer service, just make sure that you get EVERYTHING in writing.but they probably wont honor that either. A word of advice, if you are unlucky enough to get ********************************* or *********************** as your finance manager, ask for someone else.

      Per our email yesterday, when you have different opinions of what occurred, you defer to the contract that you signed prior to your arrival at the dealership. The contract clearly states our cancelation policy which we are following. Any time you sign a contract it binds both parties to the agreement as I shared with you yesterday in my email.

      I have had nothing but problems since buying my car. Under my contract I am to receive maintenance after so many miles and/or a timeframe. First, trying to schedule maintenance over the phone is almost obsolete. They do not answer the phone and if or when they decide too, youre hung up on. My first oil change. The oil cap was left off and I drove all the way home just for the car to be smoking like a bbq grill. I looked under the hood. No cap, oil everywhere and when I call back to report it. I was treated very rudely and told I need to get the car towed back up there if I didnt want to drive it back up there to get it. After arguing back and forth they finally sends someone out with my cap and he poured some oil and attempted to leave. I demanded that he take my car and clean the oil and he went up the street and wiped it down with a paper towel and brought it back. No apology at all. I am due tire rotations, free wipers and air filters as well and this is not being done but is being notated as if it is. I took my car about 2 months ago for maintenance and my car has been leaking oil since. These ppl are the worst. I will not take my car back up there and will just go up the street to ******* I have remaining services left but if they are lying about the services I am getting, theres no need to continue taking it as they may s**** up something else. I have marked my tires just to see if they were being rotated and they were not and my windshield wipers were not being changed or they are just cheap and no good as they do not go across the window and has been squealing from day 1 of them saying theyve changed them. I now have a appointment scheduled at ****** and cant wait to see why is it that my car is leaking oil. Its always something with them. I was already lied to when I purchased the car but couldnt back out of the contract. I do not suggest anyone shop at ALM *** or get there vehicle serviced here.

      I purchased my vehicle in 2018 from ********* in ****** then unfortunately due to engine failure my vehicle was not operable for **** months due to a manufacturers issue with **** I located ALM *** ***** thru trying to locate a *** ********** that would repair my vehicle. ALM *** took my vehicle in repaired my engine then explained that it would be no cost to me but I needed motor mounts completed before they replace my engine. After, mounts have been replaced on 12/22/22 one major component broke on my birthday 2/10/23, which has been the most unbelievable experience as a consumer. I paid $675.00 for this repair. It has been a nightmare dealing with ALM KIA ***** since acknowledging them of this repair and prior due to not having a loner car. Utilizing rideshare and ***** transportation ,which now I have attendance concerns at my employment. Getting sexually harassed DAILY while utilizing these services for transportation. I understand that their may not be enough resources at this ********** to service consumers timely but I am suffering as a consumer. I have to maintain my monthly expenses with a kid in college as single mother. The Service Manager *********************** is aware of my concerns and unfortunately I was just told to get my vehicle to the Repair shop for ALM *** *****. It is VERY disheartening that I now have to suffer financially because each time my vehicle is getting repaired. I have to compensate for transportation without any reimbursement or arrangements for me and my family to commute until repairs have been completed. Each time my vehicle is being repaired. It has taken 30 to 45 days or more.

      Good day and thank you for contacting us. By the time this posts you will have picked up your vehicle. Unfortunately we do not have a way to tell when a bolt will break. This was the cause of the latest concern. The good news is you are back up and running. You are correct we do not supply loaner vehicles.

      We have been paying for a car that we have not had in 5 months!! I have been paying car insurance for a car I have not had in 5 months. I have been paying for a car rental for months. And *** has no ETA on when or if I ever will get my car back. I bought a 2017 in March the engine died while.sitting at the light (no engine lights, no warnings) just stopped! I paid over $200 to have it towed to the dealership. They took it in the shop Aug. 3rd They took exactly "6 WEEKS" to the door just to diagnose my vehicle. And my engine was supposedly ordered the following day. Fast forward 4 months...NO ENGINE NO CAR Car rentals up to $6000 and yet again NO ETA on my engine or car. They have no loaners due to covid by the way. They understand how i feel by the way. Mess up my credit and stop paying or keep.payimg for a vehicle I'm not sure I may ever get back? However there is an ETA on when we may be walking to work, or having to take 2 busses and leave 2 1/2 hours early. Burn that contract and give me money back. Suspend my car payment until you give me back my car!!!! Don't do it y'all *** really could care less..Contact *** ********** let him know about this establishment!

      Worst business ever!! Not only did they mess up my paperwork and put wrong vin number down, the manager ***** is the worst person on earth. Hes condescending and rude. Not the least bit helpful and should not be allowed to continue working. Just look at the amount of bad reviews for this business alone. DO NOT BUY HERE!

      My wife mom and i went to *** ******* twice and the Service we received was very poor. the first time we went to look for a vehicle for my wife we were greeted by a young man we wanted to look and test drive 2 cars. the young man was reluctant to help thinking we couldent afford any vehicle and not serious buys making comments about our affordability because we pulled up in a van and dressed regular. The car we ask to see was ****** the young man mad a comment that we were wasting his time because we couldnt afford the car. i let it go next we asked about another car he didn't want to give us a test drive again saying we couldn't afford the car, at that point mom got very upset and mad a comment who do u think you are we came to buy a car and youre telling us we cant afford the cars not knowing that Im a business man with 3 business and came from a Family of highly educated medical doctors. the second visit we walked in to speak with the service desk, but they were rude we finally got someone to help us it was a young lady she made a comment about us not being serious buyers that we were wasting her time because we asked for a test drive of a vehicle, we saw online. what this people didn't know was we just put ****** cash on a 2021 alfa Romeo ****** but cancel that perch due to receiving bad Service. we went to *** to buy a new car but all we receive was bad Service from everyone no one wants to help, nor do they want you to test drive their cars. without a test drive you could be buying a broken car without knowing it. the lady said the reason for this was the only get paid commissions. but if you work at a car dealership, that is your choice. There is certain expectation you must abide by. Respect all ********** know African Americans believe other African Americans are not successful. But respect yourself. Just because I'm African American doesn't mean you don't shake my hand And u want a fist bump
