On 11/03/2023 I went to Precision Auton ************** in **********, ** for an oil change. After my car was driven into the bay by an employee I was called outside by the manager ***. *** handed me a broken s**** and advised me that the s**** broke when the employee was attempting to remove the oil pan from car. *** then said to me that they are unable to do the oil change and I will need to take my car elsewhere for repair which will be about $1200.00. *** also advised that the last person who did the oil change crosss-threaded the s**** which caused the said event. I advised *** that the last oil change was done at this same location, in which he confirmed based on ************ records, so they are responsible. *** then strongly stated to me that they are not responsible and I need to take my care elsewhere. *** then told me that the car is no leaking oil. He showed me this new leak after he hoisted the car in the bay and showed me the actively dripping oil . I continued to advise *** that they are responsible but he continued to disagree and advise me to take the car to a different shop for extensive repair. ***'s employee poured in 3qts of oil and I took my car home to park in it in my garage until I can get the extensive repairs from the broken s**** and now leaking oil. I quickly called ****** Auto in ********, ** and explained what happend and was given a qoute of $2205.34 for repairs. My car is currently at ****** Auto. I am a travel RN who needs my car for income. I have a contractual agreement for an assignemnt in ******, ** starting on 11/13/2023 and it is imperative that I have reliable transporation. I have called cooporate at ************** and left two voicemails with no return phone call. An email has also been sent with no reply. I would greatly appreciate your assistance with reaching a resolution to this matter.Business response

Customer came to my shop for oil change the first time in 01/04/2023 and the car had (****** miles on odometer), she came back for oil change on 11/03/2023 with (****** miles on odometer), so she drove (***** miles) between January and November of this year. We could not do the oil change because the bolt would not came out and was leaking oil to the point that we had to put some oil in order for the costumer drive out from the shop. We explained that someone had crossed traded the bolt somewhere else and that she will have to replace the oil pan, we showed to the costumer and she understood and left. We did nothing wrong and we are not responsible for it.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
It is a false statement that I had an oil leak prior to arriving to Precision Tune. While I was in the bay *** was under the car and instructed the tech to add oil "to see if it leaks" in which it began to immediately leak directly from the broken s**** It is also a false statement that someone else performed work on my car prior to my visit to Precision on 11/03/2023. My car has been repaired for the damage that Precision caused on 11/03/2023. My next course of action will be litigation.

I brought my car in on Feb. 26, 2022 because my engine was repaired from SilverRock thru this repair facility the engine was replaced and after 11 months the car was not stating after renting a car for 8 days they said the problem was fixed i can come pick up the car, the car still did not start and the manager had one of his employees take me to work on. They keep my car for another 2 months and every time i called **** would say we don't have enough staff or someone called in and we are down to only one tech or we have other cars in front of you the last straw was on April 29 **** told me Midway the people who provided the engine required them to take the engine apart and look for a piece and they would only get one hour of labor to do so and she said SilverRock said why cant the customer come up off some money when I asked to speak with the supervisor he said I can pick the car up with no charge the car is still not running I had to pay $147 to get towed back to my house were it still sits not starting because now no one wants to repair it because of shady work done by precision tune, i paid $2600 in car rental fees and had to purchase a new car. I am a nurse worked hard thru Covid need transportation and do not deserve this! i want answers! there no place for shops like these or warranty companies like SilverRock who employees them blindly!Business response

Unfortunately, we can find no information on this car or customer ever being at our location in **********, **. In addition there has never been anyone by the name of
"****" who has worked here. There are numerous locations, individually owned across the *************. This automobile was never in our shop as far as we can.
