    I believe there to be a scam operation operating out of this address as they do not answer their phone or return emails promptly. They took money in August and have not provided product as they keep stating in the next 30 days and it never happens. I am filing a complaint and plan to visit the location with or without the police to see if there is a person or business actually at this location. The business is in the process of doing theft by taking money and not providing product and you can look on their reviews and see that I'm with a long list of people and these people need to be criminally arrested and brought to trial.

    I placed an order on September 12, 2023 ($37.95) and added to that order on September 22, 2023 ($14.40) for a combined total of $52.15 for 2 six packs of Ultra Right Beer from a company is called Freedom Speaks Up LLC. Upon placing the order I received a confirmation that it will ship in 30 days. Then I was told 45 days. Then on day 63 I was told it will ship out in two weeks. On day 93 I emailed again, but received no reply to my inquiry and have been ignored in 3 consecutive emails. At both phone numbers no one answers and the answering machine is full so I can't leave a message. ************ and ************. The company president appeared on ******** and bragged about the "thousands" of advanced orders they have received. It is my suspicion that they are taking peoples money and letting it build interest at the expense of their customers. It has now been 105 days since I placed my order and they are no longer responding to my emails ********************* **********************************************************************. ************

    After reading reviews about this company, I emailed on October 4, 2022, and inquired about their production and shipping issues. I received a response on October 10, 2022, in which I was advised that due to an influx of orders the company had a team working double time to ensure production. I was further advised it would take 5-9 business days from production to shipping once the order was received by the production team. Based on the reassurances, I chose to place an order.I ordered on October 31, 2022. Once at the website, I read a caption that advised that only "in-stock" items will be allowed to be placed into a shopper's cart. I found the items I wanted, and all three were placed into my cart--thereby indicating they were in stock. I placed the order--$351.97 after a discount code. I received an email indicating the order had been placed and my order number was *****. The money was debited from my account November 1, 2022.On November 14, 2022, I emailed again inquiring about the status of my order. I received a response on November 21, 2022, in which the same person simply regurgitated the same information from my initial inquiry. Simply that it would be 5-9 business days once the production team received the order etc.On December 15, 2022, I emailed again and demanded a refund under the Uniform Commercial Code. The seller has not performed and not shipped the items, therefore, I am entitled to a refund and should be given such. I have not received a response from the company at all.On January 3, 2023, I sent a demand letter to the Registered Agent of the company, **********************, of *******, *******, in which I demanded a refund. I have yet to receive a response or a refund. At this point, my question is simple: when is the Secretary of State and AG going to take action against this company? This is clearly theft. This company is taking money from consumers with no intent of shipping the items. It is time something is done.

    On December 16, 2022, I ordered a hoodie as a Christmas gift for my nephew. I paid $39.99 online for the hoodie. Tax and shipping was added as well. I received the hoodie on December 23, 2022. The hoodie did not look as advertised on the website so I decided to return it. I emailed the company on December 23, 2022 concerning the hoodie. I received an email back from ******, who is customer support for ********************** .com. She apologized, requested a photograph of the hoodie, and stated that she is sending a replacement. I sent a photo online on December 26, 2022 to ******. No replacement was sent and I had to give my nephew an alternate gift for Christmas. I returned the Hoodie on January 3, 2023, through **** I sent an email on January 7th because the hoodie had arrived on January 3rd to the company and I hadn't heard anything. I did not receive a reply. I sent another email on January 13th. I received a reply from ****** on January 17th asking for tracking details. Here are the tracking details I provided to *************Delivered by **** Shipped on 12/30/2022 Tracking Number: 1ZA0X7700374807631 Delivered on: 01/03/2023 1:24 p.m.Delivered to: *******, ** The cost of shipping was $11.00. There was no reply. I emailed again on February 1, 2023. It had been fifteen days since I heard from ******. I received no other communication from any other representative. I demanded that they send me a replacement Hoodie as an exchange or refund my money. It became clear that the company is not willing to do an exchange or refund my money. All I wanted was an exchange for a hoodie that resembled the one on the website or I want a refund of the money I paid. I originally ordered the hoodie on December 16, 2022, and have not received the hoodie in exchange or a refund and it is now February 18, 2023. I have no hoodie! I have no refund! There has been no more communication. I am asking the Better Business Bureau to intervene on my behalf.

    Placed order for goods on December 13, 2021. I paid $32.90 for the order. These items were never delivered to my residence.The total of the order was $32.90.At that time, the business name was:Bring Ammo The business name has since changed to the current name:Freedoms Speaks Up Over 3 months, starting in January 2022, I contacted the business several times looking for an update on the shipment. Each time I was told they were working on the issue, and would ship the items I ordered immediately. I never received these items nor did I get a tracking number for shipment. I reported an issue via Shopify, which made no progress. I also reported the issue to **** and they were unable to help me because I waited too long before contacting them. I attempted to work out a resolution with the merchant on several occasions, to avoid escalating the issue to a third party. All attempts were unsuccessful. I never received a refund or any resolution to this issue.

    As of today the 7th of February, a request to expedite the order has been raised and we have informed the customer as well.

    Our production period of 5-9 business days has been made clear, pre-shipment.

    I would love to believe them but I have received the exact same promise of 5 to 9 days on four different occasions since last year when I first contacted them about not receiving what I had paid them for five months ago .  What worries me is the other complaints that I have seen on their reviews and other complaints that you have received.  It appears that they are stalling so that the time frame has elapsed for me to get my money back from Affirm who I used to purchase it.  I am willing to give them one more chance if I can leave this complaint open to see if they do actually send the item.  Thank you for your response.  *************************

    I made an online purchase for Christmas gift wrapping paper from Freedom Speaks (SP Bring Ammo) on 12/6/22. The amount was charged to my account on 12/9/22. By 12/15/22, I still had not received shipping information so I reached out to the company. No response. I again emailed the company on 12/16/22 asking that my order be cancelled. On 12/17/22, I received an email stating my order was handed over to their shipping partner and to give them 2 more days and let them know if I still did not receive my order. I emailed again 12/19/22 and asked that my order be cancelled and to please refund. "Crickets!!!" On 1/9/23 and 1/16/23 another email to them. Then on 1/16/23, received an email from ****** stating a full refund had been processed for my order #***** and to give them 3-5 business days for the funds ($51.91) to reflect back to the original payment method. 1/24/23 and 1/27/23 I emailed to let ****** know I have never received the refund and if I did not receive by 1/30/23 I would be contacting the BBB. Here it is 1/31/23 and still "Crickets". It's not that $51.91 will break me but it's a service that was not provided. Please let me know if there is anything you can do to help resolve this issue. Thanking you in advance for any help you can provide.

    Placed an order with "Freedom Speaks Up" on 11/26/22: 2+ rolls of wrapping paper and a blanket . This was wrap and a gift for Christmas. Rec'd a confirmation and tracking number (that never worked). After 2 wks and no order rec'd, I sent multiple emails and text them just to get a status update. On 1/19 I received a response finally from ****** w/ "***" that the wrap was in transit and the blanket, "in que for production." ** On 12/22 "***" was on very popular TV program promoting their company as well as sending out promotional emails offering 2 day shipping....when I had not even received my order yet.** Wrap was delivered Christmas Eve and received a response on Christmas Day that the blanket still in que for production.. (So much for planning for that as a gift - sarcasm). Holidays went by, text them again on the status 1/2, 1/3 in the AM & ****** responded 1/3 PM that the was blanket still in que. Text 4 more times every 3 days-ish and on Monday 1/16 - I text them that I was going to contact BBB as well as contact the news channel and host (that they were on promoting their company in mid-Dec) in regards to the terrible C.S. (People can be much more understanding when communicated with properly &/OR proactively.)No response, but the blanket was delivered yesterday on 1/19. The blanket is basically a piece of fabric with print on it, for $59.99. Not worth the money or all this trouble. **And I should mention I never once received an apology, or offered a discount or refund. It's pretty bold for a business owner to have such terrible processes and then get on *********** to promote his company while sending out emails promoting 2 day shipping, not having fulfilled orders made almost a month prior. I guess - 1. People are not who they say they are and 2. **************** can be horrifyingly awful if you can get away with it. Do not order from them! You can get fun wrap and better quality blankets at other companies with better service and integrity.

    Per our correspondence records, we have been in contact with the customer through sms and email.

    We have also let the customer know of the production delay on the blanket. 

    The wrapping paper has been sent accordingly. While we equally value on time deliveries, due to the volume of holiday deliveries, delays with the courier is beyond our control. 

    Quality wise - our blankets like all our other products and merchandise go through quality check.
    They are produced and delivered as stated on our website.
    We also offer returns for a refund but have unfortunately not received any intent to return the product due to dissatisfaction on quality of the product received. 

    We would have been open to accommodating a return for a refund or replacement if communicated accordingly.

    We would appreciate for this to be reconsidered.

    Placed an order for Christmas on December 13, 2022 and have heard nothing since - I have sent 11 emails requesting some sort of response but nothing. My order number is ***** and I received a confirmation email on 12/13/2022 at 8:37 pm.

    From the above screenshots attached, you will notice that the customer seem to not have received the email sent to him on the 3rd.
    The item is currently in production, officially received on the 7th of January.
    We have a standard production period of 5-9 business days, which the customer has been informed of as well.

    I purchased an item online for $119 on september 15, 2022. I have contacted the company several times (in the last 3 months Ive contacted them 4-5 times asking about the item) and they have said the item is in production and its scheduled to go to production next week and will take a week to receive after production (that was 2 weeks ago and its now 12/21/22). But this was the same exact answer they gave me a month ago. When I asked for the status of the order. I do not understand why it would take 3 months to receive this item.
