On January 14, 2022 I received a **** from *********** by FusionHealth for $200. This was to cover CPAP machine supplies for the coming year. I sent them a check for the $200 on January 27, 2022. On May 13, 2022 I received notification from my insurance company, ********************************, that FusionHealth had submitted the $200 **** to them and that they paid FusionHealth $160, leaving me responsible for $40, I placed a call to FusionHealth to inquire about receiving a refund for $160. You cannot get through to a live person, you get a machine and are told to leave a message which will be returned by the end of the second business day. I left a message and received a call back the next day saying that my refund would be issued when the payment was received from the insurance company. After a month of nothing happening, I placed a second call. This time a gentlemen returned my call, told me he was not authorized to issue a refund, would forward a request to his supervisor and someone would get to me. Again, nothing happened. Since then, I have left 3 additional messages and have not even gotten back a return call.Business response

I'm totally confused. When I searched for FusionHealth on the BBB website, it came up with a *******, ** address. When I clicked on it, to get to the BBB complaint page, the name changed to FusionSleep, also with a *******, ** address. I assumed it was the same company, so I filled out the complaint form. If FusionSleep is claiming they are different than FusionHealth, I'm not sure what else to do. The address for FusionHealth is ****************************************************************** 30024. That address does not come up on the BBB search....does that mean my complaint cannot be directed to them?

You will need to contact that business directly for resolution. Apparently, they are not registered with the BBB.
