Saw Dr. Spitzler 12/30/20. This company has failed to submit the visit claim to both my primary AND secondary insurance companies. I provided both insurance cards to the office staff at the 12/30/20 visit and have called the billing office many times to remind them to submit to my secondary insurance company. Instead of submitting the claim to my secondary insurance company, they keep sending me the bill.Business response

We were paid by the primary payer on 1/11/2021. The secondary claim was filed on 3/3/2021 and again on 4/28/2021. The claim was denied. Unfortunately the secondary card was not the most current card with the most current ID #. The corrected ID # was obtained from the patient on 9/15/2021 and we have since filed the secondary claim with the new ID#. We are waiting for the secondary payer to process the new claim with correct ID
