***** that the package was undeliverable because I had mistakingly left off my apt #. Contacted ***** to give the apt # and was told by the rep that I needed the shipper to call. I contacted Mercy Robes and asked them to contact ***** and they replied the next day that they had done so. After a few days of not having an update via tracking, I contacted ***** again and was told that they had not heard from the shipper and were unable to take the info from me (which I thought was strange). So, I contacted Mercy Robe again on 6/22 and ask them to just cancel the order and refund the money, the reply that there is no refund as it is state on our website and preceded to come across as being very rude in her tone as she responded to me questioning her about the refund. Then I started getting texts on my phone after hanging up on her. My response was that was going to contact the BBB and make them aware of this situation. Mercy Robes kept telling me that they had contacted ***** and was told that the **** was here in ********* at their local office. However, ***** gave me a different update, that the package was in their warehouse located in ***********. Here is another issue that I had with Mercy Robe, they gave me two different tracking numbers (************ at the end AND ************ in the beginning), now this was even more upsetting to me, I didn't know which was the correct one. xxx8140 had already been delivered to a place in S.C. and xxx6136 had no delivery update. As of today, I do not have our pastor's **** which we have paid for. And to add to this, our debit card had been scammed a few times by using the website with our debit card info. I just want our money back.
