On the date of June 8 22 A JDS employee came out to fix my dishwasher that was not draining. He ********* problem and broke something else with he told me he was coming back in 2 weeks to fix so he was going to leave 2 or 3 pieces off my dishwasher so it would be a quick fix when he come back. Today is July 20 and the company tells me they cant come out to fix what he messed up or cant put the piece that he left off back on my dishwasherInitial Complaint

My dryer broke a month ago, JDS was supposed to come fix it four times. Initially they came and replaced the fuse box which didn't end up fixing anything and it was still broken. They gave me another appointment for the following Monday during which the technician decided to not show up and not go to work. They gave me another appointment time for the next Friday to replace the fuse box again. Once the technician came the last time they told me that the only thing that could be broken was the fuse box and they refused to run a diagnostics test on the dryer. After they replaced the fuse box for the second time and the dryer was still broken I asked them to come run a diagnostics test and they refused. After speaking to the agent on the phone he told me that he would report me for being angry at him (I did not cuss at him nor did I insult him in anyway) then he hung up the phone. I called back and the lady that answered very rudely blamed me for the dryer not working. Still broken
