Unprofessional Staff and price gauging for pet services. I was taking the my dog there for a few years. The past two months I received unprofessional services from office staff. I took my dog to have **** gland surgery. I paid $900 I paid Two more visits to have his **** glands cleaned. On the second visit I was Told the **** glands were cleared. I take my dog back for grooming every three weeks to avoid this happening again and I check him in for a grooming service. They provided me a **** before my dog receive service with a service the Vet told me was cleared. Why provide me with an estimated **** to show a charge that *** not be needed just for me to pick up my dog and you still charge me claiming he needed the service. I spoke With ****** today to address my concerns, she was not helpful at all. I asked To speak to the VET AND SHE TOLD ME NO Now as a consumer I feel I have A right to but I was Told by ****** I could Not. Then when I explained that I will File a complaint she said I never said that. I feel disrespected and taking advantage of.

When explaining the **** glands issue to this client, we told her that there are times when the **** glands become full, impacted, or infected. Impacted or diseased **** glands can be painful, so its important to express them if needed. We include the fee in our estimates (all signed previous to service). If not needed, the service is not performed. We understand that it is a difficult concept to grasp. It is obvious that this client does not understand. One does not stay in a successful business practice for this long if one is not honest and fair with our clients. Good luck.

This vet is all about money. I went here from a referral from a friend. He helped her but, robbed me of my cats life and his crazy assistant ****** came in with a timer for extra 15 mins and charged me $67.00. He sold me about ***** supplements that was very expensive. Was not concerned my cat had cancer and I wanted to save her without chemo and radiation. I had all the tests done at other vet when I got here. Her cancer had not spread yet. Under his care it spread for those 6 weeks. Telling me she has chlorine toxicity and doing all this hocus pocus muscle testing. Well under his care the cancer spread and my cat died. I reached out to him via his receptionist to let him know she died and I left two BMs and three emails to no avail. He robbed me of my cats life and a lot of money. He is not a good vet and I told him when I first met him his reviews was bad, but my gf dog was ok. Dont go to him. He will rip you off!

From the beginning of this venture with ************ she was thoroughly explained the alternative program followed at the clinic. She called the clinic requesting her pet to undergo Nutrition Response Testing although the pet was earlier diagnosed with cancer. From inception. she was THOROUGHLY explained how the program worked and that this program does not cure or diagnose any illnesses. In addition, after her fist visit , he was given a report of findings and additional paperwork explaining the program and the commitment required to proceed. She read and signed all the paperwork.Nonetheless, she declined to follow the Dr.'s instructions on the care of this pet. ********************** clearly explained that without he help the program was not going to work. She never gave this program a fair chance. Again, the program does not diagnose illnesses nor cure cancer, and she was clearly told so.We have people that comes from other states to see ********************** as it has been proven that the suplementation woks if the owners are willing to follow the program. ********** was not.We are prepared to present all the paperwork signed by her in which the above points are proven.

I followed everything to the ** forcing ***** supplements down my poor cats throat. When I went here for 6 plus weeks. I came on time and used all the supplements daily twice and once a day. I changed her water and food as well. My concern as a physician as well he was not concerned about her tumor increasing or taking more X-rays. His only concern was doing muscle testing with a tech and telling me we got to detox Chlorine from her body. While under his care the cancer spread. I got COVID and she died. I asked if he can take the primary tumor out without chemo and radiation. This whole practice was a sham. I love my cat so much and he just swindled me in this painful time.

We will give closure to this matter saying that we are willing and able to provide the paperwork signed by *********** in which she was amply told what should and should not be done while on the program. The paperwork also explained how the program works and the phases it entails. *********** decided to give to the pet food that was working against the principles of the program itself.************ came in for Nutrition Response testing based on muscle testing as she was done with the conventional model as expressed to us during her first phone call. After 30 plus years in practice the credibility and ethics of this practice is proven by all the clients who successfully have and are undergoing the program. The practice have clients that have travel from as far as *****, New Orleans, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia,******* and others to start and continue with the program. We will not further comment.

I dont have time for Carmens lies about this awful practice. I changed my cats from from science diet indoor 12plus to grain free. The bottom line they did nothing to help my cat. Made me give all these 17 supplements and she did not have chlorine toxicity. She died before I finished a three month contract. Her cancer spread. They were only concerned about pushing supplements. I dont care where his patients come from, when an animals life is involved. Thats the main objective. The cat died and I did follow simple protocol. My conscience is clear when I reached out to them three times via email and two phone calls. If ********************** was such an amazing vet. Why did he not care when I told his staff my cat passed? Cause his staff and him only care about preying on pet owners who truly love their pets and want the best care for them. No decency or ethical approach at this practice! Ripped me off a lot of money in those few weeks.
