      I did an eye exam & purchased progressive lenses and they never worked. I couldn't see things any clearer. As a result, I went back to them 3-4 times to have them correct the lenses, as they cost over $740. Each time I went back they kept claiming that because it was my 1st progressive, I should keep them and try to adjust to them. Months went by and still nothing worked. I contacted them again saying I had to move the glasses around on my face just to see the slightest glimpse of clarity and that I didn't feel I got my money's worth and wanted to return them and they insisted it was my fault. Fast forward several months later, they called me to schedule an annual eye exam and explained the aforementioned and said I would NOT be making that hour= trip back out there again only to have the same result. The manager assured me she would resolve my issue and to see her directly when I arrive. I did, saw the doctor for my exam and then get a quote for another $744 set of lenses!!! Robbery!!!

      This business needs better front desk staff and optometrist. I was not forewarned that I could not bring my toddler into the building while my 8 year old visited the doctor. I drove 2 hours to get my son to his appointment to only be treated with acts a pure discrimination. The Caucasian front desk staff and supervisor, made me, my toddler, and 8 year old son wait outside in the cold for 10 minutes before allowing us to come into the building. They told me that I could not come in because of my toddler. I was forced to stay outside. After over an hour, I received a call from my phone. When I answered the phone I over heard, the Caucasian front desk staff member and the optometrist being rude to my son. Saying in the background, you need to tell her that she needs to come in!. Using a sarcastic and rude tone of voice. My son was so frightened by how they were treating him that he did not say anything. When I got to the door to go in to the building, I began to ask the optometrist who answered the door, why the staff members did not take it upon themselves to call me instead of being mean and rude to my son. She automatically went into defensive mode and began to loud talk to me and was rude in front of other customers and staff. She went to the point of demanding me to have a seat. I called back into the building to complain to the supervisor and she falsely stated that she was standing there when the incident took place, in which she wasnt. She was not apologetic for what took place and she took sides with the staff. I asked her to have the doctor over the facility to call me and she refused. As I will never allow my child to go the this center ever again, I would like an honest apology for what we experienced and so do not suggest anyone go tot this center if they want to be treated with respect and dignity. Thanks
