I live in apartment **** at Bridgewater at ******** in *********** *******. I moved in around late October of 2022. I have had many issues and am currently having maintenance issues while living here. It takes them almost weeks to a month to fix things. For about 3 or 4 months after moving in I had an issue with ***** infestation, which I brought to the complex manager attention, however nothing was done about it, so I took upon myself before moving everything in, setting off ***** foggers for about 2 months and gradually the infestation got smaller, until I was seeing less and less of roaches' until I no longer seen any. Also, about two weeks after moving in a pipe busted in the upstairs apartment causing my ceiling to fall. It took them about 3 weeks to a month to fix that. After constantly calling and leaving messages. My current situation right now, there is a leak in the guest bathroom and the master bathroom the tile has falling in the shower. I have told maintenance of this issue and they told me about three weeks ago they were going to fix it and it has not been fixed. When I first moved in and realized it was ***** infested, I asked the apartment manager about moving me into another apartment or refunding me my money, but she stated that they can do that. They make sure they get my rent money every month but cant fix anything in the apartment in a proper time. This is very frustrating. At this point, to make this right I just want out my contract. I have pictures to show for evidence.Initial Complaint

Since I move into my apartment in October, there has been multiple work orders placed by me. When I first moved in the apartment has a lot of stuff broken. My apartment complex never treats. It with any urgency. One time I had to vacate my apartment for more than 3 days and I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. Recently my tap in my bathroom started leaking I made them aware of it been that its going to ran my bill up and if they could atleast let me know where the switch was so I could turn it off and on as needed. Its been more than 5 days and it has not been fixed. This is going to come out of my pocket to pay the cost of the water bill. My kitchen sink disposal has been out for almost 2 weeks and I havent been able to use it. I was told I have to wait till whenever the parts gets delivered. I pay my rent without any subsidy and expect to get what I paid for. Every month there is something broken in my apartment. I have yet to stay in my apartment without having to put in a work order for more than 2 months. When I visit the office they give me the run around. I cant cook and hve resorted to take outs. I need all repairs fixed immediately.Initial Complaint

I spoke with the property manager ***** over a month ago regarding my rent payment. I made my rent payment late for the month of November on 11/23/2021. I spoke with ***** regarding the late fee that is listed on my lease agreement and he stated that he would credit me back the difference and correct the lease. I went up there a few times and called afterwards regarding the corrected lease with no response. The rent for December has come due. I made the payment via cashiers check and money order on 12/10/21 at the leasing office. When I went to make the payment the rent due was $1663. I turned in a Payment of $1564 because my account was supposed to be credited $140 from the previous late fee. Before leaving the office I asked the person helping me, Rob, would a partial payment be an issue. He stated that ***** told him to accept the payment and he would apply everything to my rent. Once the leasing office was closed I received a notification in my email about an addition $300 attorney fee. None of my payments were applied to my balance. I have contacted the office multiple times regarding resigning my lease and also about the credit ever since 11/23 with no returned call. I go into the office and its the same issue.
