It was a pleasant experience from scheduling an estimate to the job completion and invoicing. ******* was efficient, prompt, accessible, and reliable.I particularly like the transparency and clarity of their estimate information and presentation. No hidden fees or costs, all charges were upfront and not a single variation. The job crew was pleasant and interactive when necessary. Comparatively, the price was good value. I had a very positive experience with CertaPro Painters of **********, **. The work needed on the house included a meaningful number of repairs to *********** painting. I found the quote clear and detailed and was able to review it with my Sales Associate *********************, who helped me understand the estimate and make minor changes as met my needs. ***** communicated with me the entire way, and he was very professional. I interviewed several painting companies before deciding on CertaPro Painters of East Metro Atlanta. The project manager, *****, was friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. He found several problem areas other contractors had missed in their inspections. He did not make the mistake of asking if he should talk to the Mister(wed have to wait for the final trumpet for that to happen). The painting team, headed by ******, was the most outstandingly superb that I have had in the 35 years of having this house painted. Hard working, meticulous, knowledgeable and left everything clean as a whistle. And it was great having a company that was in my neighborhood, not off in the northern suburbs. I would highly recommend CertaPro of East Metro to everyone, and will definitely use them exclusively for any other painting jobs.Review from Derry M

Bill Sharp and ********************* were accommodating and easy to work with throughout the job. The work crews were diligent and highly skilled in carpentry, prep work and painting tasks. The job included exterior painting of house, porch and deck as well as re-staining of porch and deck floors. Carpentry work consisted of replacement and/or repair, where needed, of siding, soffits, fascia boards, and door frames due to woodpecker damage and wood rot. Interior work included extensive prep work and painting of garage ceiling, walls, windows, and doors. We replaced old shutters - Bill found the best new product on the market, ordered and delivered them, and oversaw priming, painting and installation. All work was highly satisfactory and we are quite pleased with the results. We will use the company for all future painting needs and highly recommend their work.Review from Danny B
