    Do Not Sell Gear to KEH They Give you half of what your equipment is plus On there Site it Told me I would receive more than what they emailed **** have pictures and when ask They can't tell me why. 2nd They lied to me about Camera shutter count. I did research on the internet. They don't give you shutter count because they want more for there gear. On some items on there site I can get a new on on Amazon for less or just a little more.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order expecting to receive the correct items I paid for, but instead, I was sent the wrong products entirely. Mistakes happen I get that but what followed was completely unacceptable.I reached out to customer service expecting a simple fix: either send me the correct items or issue a refund. Instead, I was met with unhelpful responses, constant deflection, and ultimately a flat-out refusal to correct the mistake or return my money. Their customer service was not only unresponsive at times but also unwilling to take any responsibility for the error on their end.Its incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that doesnt value its customers or stand behind its service. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from them to think twice. There are plenty of other businesses out there that respect their customers and handle problems professionally. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.
