On Saturday Feb, 25th 2023 I was involved in an incident at their Temple, ** location. Around 1:30 pm, after waiting more than 10 minutes for a worker to unhook me from a chine, I sat up and attempted to turn my body enough so that I could get someone's attention. I did this because ALL WORKERS ON THE ***** WERE IN THE SECTION BEHIND ME. I had previously attempted to gain their attention, but the workers told me to hold on while they attended to another donor. This donor was in the section in front of me. Once they were finished , they proceeded to the section behind me. Like they had forgotten about me. So as I sat up and turned my had and body around, the ** cord comes off, YOU'RE WORKERS finally notice me and run over to my section yelling, "He tried to get out of his lounge. He tried to get out of his lounge!" A 3rd employee runs over and yells,"Write him up!" By now, I am wrapped up and putting my coat on. I say to th 2 workers, "What are you guys running here. A prison?" What is a write up for? They began to yell at me in which I then said, "This is not necessary. I hope you don't lie on me," then waked out of your building. Less than an hour later, I find out that I am banned from your property which is outrageous because I DID VIOLATE ANY OF YOUR POLICIES. I don't use foul language and I do not raise my voice. VIDEO DOESN'T LIE & IT'S CLEAR THAT NO ONE ON YOUR TEAM BOTHERED TO WATCH IT. Instead, they took the word of their co workers. I thought this company was about saving lives. not ruining them. Is this place a prison or a place of hope for those in need? So now after reading this, your actions are my answers. If am wrong, I will admit to my wrongdoing. I hope you can.Business response

This is a problem regarding the date December 17, 2022. The *** database and employee/management is providing incorrect information regarding my social security and the Blatant defamation of my character. I want to speak to the CORPORATE Manager of CSL Plasma particularly about CSL Plasmas located in the ****************************************************************************************************** regarding odd behavior, unfair treatment, defamation of character by an employee and management team about the breech of my Social Security. I would like truth, answers , proof, repair and a refund.
