My newborn baby and I were involved in a not-at-fault accident back in January of 2016. I was hit in the rear while waiting at a stop light. I went through the Eicholz Law firm to handle my case. I was not entirely pleased with their services, but ultimately my case was handled and settled after about 6 months or so. I recieved a call back in Sept of 2021 about my ER visit from this accident was not paid and is currently in collection. I told them I had a lawyer and that everything was supposedly taken care of. The agent stated that they will do their due diligence and check with the attorney. I recieved a call last week that a new collection agency now has this bill and its still effecting my credit as well as its still owed.Business response

Thank you for following up with us on this matter. Upon review of the complaint, we realized that the Case Manager *** ***** was attempting to communicate with was out on medical leave. We contacted *** ***** the next day and are now working with her to rectify the situation and resolve the issue with the collection agency.
