Things have gone WAY DOWN HILL since the owner's passing. The new owner Lindsey is the rudest "owner" I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. KMP had been to my house to service my hot water heater previously, "fixed" an issue, that reoccurred less than 3 months later. They stated more equipment (drain pipe, etc) was needed [[that somehow wasn't before??]] and didn't give a price until after services were rendered. When we asked if the $420+ could be billed, the tech had to "call the boss" who was so rude. Come to find out... we still didn't even have hot water!! No problem, we ******** how to turn it on and got our hot showers. Lindsey called the following morning (after me reaching out that it hadn't been cut on) to place the blame on us, and I let her know it was no problem... we got it on. She couldn't even let it be. Kept going on about it not being their fault AND!! that plumbing was luxery so yes, they always require payment at the time of service. Never again with all blame to LINDSEY not the techs.Review from Titia H

Came to my house to fix some plumbing issues and pipes still leaking and want drain at all. Then they call me and got nasty the Day that they supposed to been coming and due the repairs and told me to find someone else

Customer had not paid a bill from earlier and he called and started cursing at my tech and secretary. We have not been able to work with him at all. The owner is going to call him but he's been out of town. This is a case of a customer not wanting to pay for service.Keith McDonald Plumbing, Inc. Response

In addition to my earlier email. I called this customer today and he got loud with me and said that we never did the work. I have GPS proof that we were at this property on 5/21/21 and completed the work. He just refuses to pay. In addition, this customer has several Section 8 houses and there is raw sewage standing on the ground in several locations. He knows he has severe issues but refuses to repair them and refuses to pay his bills. We had two older invoices from January that this customer has not paid. It is very sad when a customer who is trying to buck all systems can file a complaint with the BBB.Customer Response

That is a lie they came to my house to fix some issues and started on it and did not finish. They supposed to have been coming back four days later. But they called me the morning that they were supposed to have been there and told me Since I had a complaint about what they were working on I could fine someone else to fix my problems. Then the Guy told me to pay them for the piece of work that they had done. I told him pay you for what fucking up my house the pipes were still leaking. They had given me a high quote for the work that they were supposed be doing. I was waiting on them but they called and Canceled. I had to pay $1700 for someone else to come and repair the water line in to my house and unstop and run new drain pipes up under my house. What they said that they had fixed was still leaking. I have to pay someone else to fix their mess up. I will let my friends and family know never to use them.
