I had another great experience with Mr *********************** *******************, the plumber did another fantastic job. I highly recommend him and wouldn't use no one else now for my Plumbing needs. I had my entire line replaced and did not have to have my driveway dug up to accomplish this. We had a whole house blockage the day before Thanksgiving, and *********** from Mr. Rooter came out, diagnosed the problem, gave us a fair estimate, and completed the work (hydro jetting of main sewer line) in a timely and neat manner. They then performed a video inspection while running all water sources in the home to ensure the line was clear. Our water pressure was also checked as part of their services. *********** were both very personable and informative about the work, answered all my questions without sounding condescending, and showed me their equipment and explained how the work would be done. I very much appreciate their assistance the day before a holiday and would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone with plumbing needs.Review from Torion H

Another phenomenal customer experience!I needed additional outlets for my investment property along with repair to lighting that was done by the contractors working on other parts of my home. I called Mr. Electric again and requested my previous technician, *******. He was top notch in the services provided. ******* was timely, professional, and personable. He explained what was needed, gave me different options to complete the services requested, and offered additional safety recommendations. He kept me informed of his progress and ensured all items were operational to my level of satisfaction upon completion. Daniel was absolutely AMAZING!! 10/10 would recommend. I was without power for a week due to a leak in my condo and had no idea what to do. I called to make the appt on a Monday night, he arrived first thing the next morning, and had me back up and running as quickly as possible! Not only did he make helpful suggestions and educate me on what was being repaired, he kept my budget in mind and didn't try to be overly sales-y or gouge prices. Even better, he was super friendly and professional the entire time and was even sweet to my dog :) I won't call anyone else if I need an electrician again. Re: Invoice #704366. The technicians arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes later than scheduled. 25 additional minutes were later lost as the technicians could not locate the gas shutoff valve. Another hour+ was lost when the technicians had to go and purchase a part? I would think that parts would have been on their truck, as mentioned to me when speaking with the phone representative who setup the initial home visit appointment. Entry stairs were CLEARLY damaged when the technicians used their hand truck to move the old/new water heaters, but nobody was honest enough to point out the mistake. The final bill was $482.10 more than the "up-front" price quoted by the technician on his home visit/assessment the day prior. The technician mentioned to me (on his departure) that I was an Advantage Member, etc., which I did not ask to become. Just another $99 added to my bill for no reason! I would definitely have declined this unwanted service! The pitiful thing is that I have 3 other projects that need to be handled, and I was hoping to use The Neighborly Company for them...depending on how the water heater installation went. I even mentioned this to the technician, Money lost!! Such a poor representation for Mr. Rooter, and now my neighbors are asking if they should use Mr. Rooter Plumbing?? I called and spoke with a Mr. Rooter customer service representative right after the technicians left my home, and she told me that I would have to speak with the technician regarding charges that were in addition to his "up-front" quote. Supposedly, a message was sent to the technician on 10/7/2021 and it is now 10/11/2012. I feel confident that I will not receive a call or any credits back. I spoke with the homeowner today. He's a lovely man. We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience we caused. The tech was about an hour and 20 minutes late and this is not acceptable. This will addressed it with the plumber. Typically, if we are late (which can happen at times), we will either have the plumber or dispatcher call to inform the homeowner and see if it's still ok to come out. There was a breakdown in communication this time. And again, we are sorry. We are providing a bit of a refund, as the $99 was for our Advantage Plan that provides the customer with savings immediately. We granted the savings and allowed him to keep the plan but refunded the charge for it. We are having a manager go out to check the stairs and make needed repairs. Customer seemed pleased. We did agree that the customer signed the estimate in advance and that was what he was charged. We keep records of everything. I sent it to the customer while we were talking and he agreed it was his signature. In the end, we always try to do right by the customer and if there is something that went wrong, which at times happens, we want to try and make it right. Mitch has completed 2 jobs for me. First he fixed electrical connections to my water heater and second he replaced my electrical panel. Both jobs were done professionally and quickly. P-Hawk Then representative (Mr. Charles), arrived on time, diagnosis the problem, explained the problem in detail to me, and provided the proper recommendation. He was professional and courteous, followed Covid-19 guidelines, and demonstrated a high level of respect for my property.
