Well, i dont do review often but i have to say that after we expend couple of week back and forward with finishes, layout and design Avatar replicate the kitchen of our dream; we have up and down in the process but we have a professional finished product delivery witch was our main concern and requirement; we evaluate every review this company has online before we hire them and now can also provide reference that they do what they say and provide all the documentation and warranty on writing. Professional work done

Worst experiences of my life. We hired them to do our master bathroom. They said it would take 4-6 weeks- we are on week 12 and still not done. They have consistently lied to us and tried their best to charge us more then we agreed on. Weeks would go by and nobody would come to our house. When we called and asked where everyone was our main guy says " I am not sure I have been calling them all day but they wont call me back" Do yourself a favor and find a different contractor because these guys are unbelievable bad in so many ways its actually funny now when my wife and I talk about it

I hired Avatar Contractor to add one bathroom and remodel my Master bath and it was a great decision! They finished on time and within budget. The communication was frequent and c!ear with the project manager throughout the experience. I would advise others to take full advantage of the renderings that they provide which will help you visualize how your project will look. I would definitely hire them for another renovation!

I want to thank the folks at Avatar personally for the beautiful remodel they did on my home. We looked at several different vendors during the interview process. While they werent the cheapest (nor the most expensive), they were the most professional and took the time to listen to every single one of the hundreds of details we had outlined for them. The quote I received had everything listed that I had asked for on the first go around. ****** our salesperson did not leave anything out.The total time took approximately seven months. This was a full home remodel, which included a new kitchen, two new bathrooms and reconfiguring walls and rooms. The floors were also refinished.I wouldnt expect that a project of this magnitude would come without surprises. There were a few, and the folks at Avatar were quick with recommendations and helped us over those hurdles at the drop of a hat.I want to give a special shout out to ***** and Josu, our two project managers. The communication was always top notch - it would start with a DAILY phone call in the morning, with Josu coming by at least three to four times a week minimum.If I had an issue with a contractors work, it would be rectified immediately. The majority of the contractors were great - however if I did run into a problem I had confidence the work would be completed to my satisfaction.While I am glad the work is over and our house is put back together, I will miss seeing these guys every day - I very much enjoyed having them assist with our project.If you are looking for a great company to do your remodel, hire these guys. You wont regret it!
