I was a patient of Georgia clinic for years. I had a bill that was over $2,000.00. I did not have all the money to give and because they said that if you can't pay you should call them to set up payment arrangement. I call them and set up payment arrangement to pay $40.00 every month. Every month I made my payment of $50.00 and I never missed a payment, only to see that Georgia clinic sent my account over to collections. I also keep getting 2 different figures from the clinic, evidence is provided of the bills with 2 different amount. The collections say I should pay $500.00 but the clinic send me 2 different bills. When I call they said I owe them over $ ******. I still keep sending the clinic my regular payment of $50.00 each month and they keep cashing my checks and is telling me to contact the collection agency when ever I call to get some answers.Initial Complaint

I sought out a medical professional to exam me. I was presenting symptoms of an infections and after calling Emory, was advised to reach out to Georgia Clinic, located at 3 Corporate Square in Atlanta, Georgia, 30329. I was seen by Elma and Dr. ***** Dr. **** did not provide all the examinations I requested and refused to do a pelvic exam. Blood work was drawn and after pushing further for a pelvic examination, Dr. ***r instructed Elma, her nurse to provide me with a swab. Elma, gave me a swabbing q-tip and provided light instructions on how to swab my vaginal canal. Without looking at the cultural swab or my body, Dr. **** pronounced I had one or two STDs and said she would send a script. At the office I was given a shot. This was a Friday, 7/2/22. Dr. ***r did not call the prescription in and on Tuesday 7/6/21 i tracked her down after calling multiple offices and not getting in touch with her. I was able to pick up the script Wednesday. I dont have enough space to detail everything
