      This is my first time ever buying a vehicle from a dealership. I have to say it was a complete disaster. I'm buying a car online and from out of state you expect the dealership to be honest with you and accurate about the condition of a vehicle. That's not what happened here whatsoever. I purchased a 2016 Maserati Ghibli from this dealership, where I live in ********. I was told the vehicle was an excellent condition. After weeks of waiting for the vehicle it showed up was absolutely zero gas the sun visor was broke the back vent was completely missing and it had an exhaust leak. Which absolutely not a single one of these things was mentioned prior to buying a vehicle. I feel like all they cared about was getting their money, and that was it . There was little to no communication from this dealership once they got their money. I literally had to call everyday for over a week to see what the holdup was and why the car was not being shipped and every time I got a new excuse from a new person. I honestly wish I would have never bought the vehicle from this dealership

      I bought a 2020 ***** Camaro on October 4, 2023. On October 12th, the check engine light came on and a message came up that said stop engine soon. As soon as I got off the freeway and turned right to the nearest business the car stopped on me. The auto repair shop stated that I needed an engine. I called the local ****************** Dealership and asked if the engine was under warranty. They looked up the vin number and asked me how many miles was on the car. I began looking at the books that came with the vehicle and it should be under warranty. After the car was towed to the dealership, the service rep checked the vehicle out and said it was not covered due to Car Fax reports that showed on 2 oil changes the life of the car. The dealorship said I need an engine and turbo charger which is $11,280.34 total for parts and labor. I called Rafiu and ************************* at Marietta Auto Sales. ***** simply lied and said he would call me back after seeing what they could do for me. He never called back. **** claimed he was the General Manager and there was no one other than him I could speak to. He said he was just charge me less than the dealership to put a new engine and turbo in. I told him I shouldn't have to pay anything. I requested to speak to the owner and he said there is no owner. They have horrible customer service and should not be in business. The finance manager, ***** knew there was something wrong with the car that's why he kept pushing the $4,000 warranty. Mind you I could buy the same warranty from ****************** for $2,900. They are ripping people off. I paid more than retail value for a vehicle that needs and engine and turbo charger. As a consumer I am extremely disappointed and hurt that I am out of transportation and money. I paid full coverage insurance and have a loan to pay for a vehicle that I can't drive!

      I was bought a pro master and it ran good for two weeks and one repair maxed out the warranty I would not recommend buying a car for these guys

      The actual process of getting a car @ Marietta Auto Sales was pretty straightforward. I went to the location with no appointment and was assisted by a gentleman named *****. We found a car I liked, test drove it, and completed the application at his desk. My credit is horrible right now, but I was able to get a loan and plan to refinance in a few months. A couple days later I pick up my car (filled the tank on the ride home because I hadnt noticed that the tank was almost on E when I left the lot), drove it for one day, and the following day it was completely dead. I reached out to ***** and was met with very little sympathy for the fact that Id just purchased a vehicle from them, but now had to deal with not only the inconvenience of the car not starting and having to purchase a new battery, (I asked for reimbursement for the battery I purchased, and ***** says h*** let me know the answer Monday. Monday passes, I reach out, then he says Tuesday. Tuesday passes. Wednesday passes and still nothing.) but also the overall stress /frustration/time/energy put into resolving this issue. I communicated this to *****, along with my frustration about being given a newly purchased car on E, a broken fuel cap cover, literally trash (melted candy, wrappers, and some hunk of chocolate in between the passenger seat) finger smudges on the windows, rear view mirrors, windshields, and visors, dust, dust, and what just seemed to just be a lack of a thorough cleaning of the car. ***** is apologetic and wants to make it right. I ask for the car to be detailed inside, he immediately let me know that they dont have a detailer on site but it can be cleaned again. I drove back to Marietta, only for them to clean the areas that I specifically pointed out. Its clear that the car wasnt cleaned thoroughly, again. I leave the dealership and the check engine light comes on. ********** Zone and the O2 sensor needs replacing. (Rest of the review can be found on *******

      Worst customer service I have ever encountered. While test driving my 2021 *** Z4, I found a slash in the sidewall of one tire. They promised to replace the tire so I went ahead with the deal. In finance, I was told they were only going to replace with a used tire. I should have walked at that point but wanted the car so I closed the deal. The next day, they sent me to a used tire place that was basically a shack on the side of the road where a kid replaced my tire with a bald tire dated 04/17. This was a 5-year-old tire being replaced onto my 2021 ***. I called to complain and was told they would only replace it again. I had to go out of town so went ahead and got the tire replaced with a new one at my own cost. I then asked for some minimal compensation for my inconvenience and was told that I had to bring the old tire back before they would do anything. I drove 64 miles round trip back to them and gave them the old tire back, again at loss of my time and gas. The next day I was told that they would only give me another used tire as that is all they owed me. Despicable!!! Run as fast as you can away from these scoundrels. They have no sense of customer service and should be forced to close their doors.

      LIARS LIARS AND WILL S**** YOU IN A MINUTE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Finally got to the price that I offered then ended up adding fees and I paid more for it tyan it was advertised for and much more than it is worth. They even took my lexus floor mats out when they supposedly cleaned it up while I was signing their CROOKED LYING SALES PAPERS. AND DID NOT PUT THEM BACK. HAVE LEFT 4 MESSAGES FOR **** THE MANAGER WITH NO RETURN CALL. Should have paid more attention...... But they should make it right. When we pulled in after finding it hidden in the *****, my husband said this looks like a CHOP SHOP AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT IT IS. Now stuck with rattle noise in steering wheel. Filthy seat belts and worn seats(which we did see and they were reducing the price for that..haha) film on headlights and much more ....

      DO NOT BUY from this dealership !!! **** the manager is RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!! They sell cars with mechanical defects that they are aware of & they refuse to address or *********** you bring it to their attention !! Instead of working with the customer to try to find an amicable remedy, they insist that the customer needs to upgrade their car or get into a new car which is usually more money !! They are SHADY & FRAUDULENT in their assertions that vehicles have been inspected when they havent !! They have VERY QUESTIONABLE & DECEPTIVE business practices so again DO NOT purchase from them

      Purchased a used vehicle in September and dealership has yet to provide a title to vehicle. It was a terrible and unprofessional experience from salesmen. Sept 25th - After 3+ hours of negotiation, and being haggled by Sales and Management. The vehicle I purchased had a tire sensor light that was on. The Sales ***** ***** and ******** had air put in the tires and said the sensor light should go off after I drove the car over 25 miles an hour. If the light didnt turn off to bring the car back and they would have their mechanics inspect it. I was also told there was a second key to the vehicle, however the Key Keeper wasnt working that particular Saturday and to come back during the week to pick up the key. Sept 27th - I called the dealership to let them know the sensor light was still on and to see if they were able to find the second key. I wasnt able to speak to any of my salesmen so I left a VM. I receive a txt from ***** stating he didnt know anything about the sensor light or second key and that he would look into it and get back with me. Well after a few days of txt messaging back and forth with *****, I kept getting the run around and resolution I went back to the dealership to met with him and was informed he no longer works there. I spoke with the other Sales **** ******** and he said he would need to refer me to the manager, about the sensor light as Mgrs are required to schedule the repair with their mechanics. He also said he wasnt able to find the second key and referred me to speak to mgr who wasnt available at that time. So I left with my issues unresolved and not one follow up call from any manager. Sept 28 -29. I continued to call the dealership and asked to speak to the mgr and was given the run around and multiple excuses why I couldnt be transferred to a manger. I was informed they would take my number and have the manager call me back. I never received a phone call back. Sept 30th- I return to the dealership and finally spoke to one of the mgrs,, ***** who said ***** didnt work there anymore and because it was the end of day (4pm) he would take my name and number and call me to schedule an appointment with the mechanic. Never heard back from ***** Nov 1st - I called the dealership to inquire about temporary tags expiring on Nov 9th. I spoke to the Finance Mgr. who said not to worry it can take up to 45 days from date of purchase. He said he will reach out to their title department to see what was going on and call me back. Guess what? He never called back. Nov 9th - Applied for another temporary extension at the *********** through Dec 9th. they informed me that this is the last extension they can issue and to contact the dealership because they dont show any record of them applying for a plate and tag. I called the dealership back and spoke to ********* in the ***************** She said there was a problem and that they never received the title from the auction where they purchased the vehicle. She was going to follow up with the auction and have a mgr, ****, call me back. Never received a call back from **** or any Mgr. Nov 10- 18 - I called the dealership multiple times trying to speak to someone with no success. On the 19th I called and asked for **** who happened to be there he said he didnt know why his name was given as he was mgr of vehicle operations not the dealership mgr, that was ****. **** said he would call the auction to gather more information and call me back. Guess what? He or **** never called back. Now all through the month of Nov and Dec of trying to resolve this matter I am in possession of a paid vehicle without a title. This has been the worse experienced ever. I am an experienced, executive, female consumer. I have purchased multiple new and used vehicles and never have I ever been treated with disrespect and rude behavior by a bunch of unprofessional, shady, used car salesmen. I was even hung up on by **** in their finance department when trying to find out the status of the title. All I can say is Buyer beware! They dont deserve 1 star, however 0 wasnt an option!

      I PURCHASED A VEHICLE WITH A WARRANTY FROM THIS AUTO DEALER. AFTER 2.5 WEEKS THE VEHICLE BROKE DOWN. IT WAS TOWED TO NEAR BY FORD DEALERSHIP. I WAS INFORMED THE VEHICLE HAD A BAD ENGINE. AFTER FALLING JUST SHORT OF BEING TOLD BY (TOM) THE SERVICE MANAGER TO GO **** MYSELF. IT WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO UNTIL THE WARRANTY COMPANY GIVE APPROVAL FOR THEM TO START THE WORK. I CONTACTED THE GM (TOBY) WHO ALLOWED ME TO TELL HIM MY BAD EXPERIANCE WITH THE COMPANY AND HE CHILDISHLY REPLIED TO ME THAT I PURCHASED THE CAR (AS-IS) AND HE COULD DO NOTING TO HELP ME AS FAR AS THE NEEDED REPAIRS. MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN MARIETTA AUTO SALE REPAIR SHOP NOW GOING ON TWO WEEK AND NO ONE HAS TOLD ME ANYTHING ABOUT IF AND WHEN MY VEHICLE WILL BE REPAIRED. I HAVE CONTACTED THE WARRANTY COMPANY BACK TO BACK WITH NO ANSWERS. THIS CANT BE LEGAL SOMEBODY HELP
