On November 6, 2022 I went to what was advertised as Urgent Care Harbin Clinic Care Rome, I went due to problems with my eye and right ankle, x-rays was taken of my ankle and foot when I was seen I was referred to an orthopedics. When I received billing it was $155.42 I called the billing department I was told that I will billed for each thing separately. separate price to see doctor, separate cost for an x-ray on ankle and separate cost for my foot. I was not told that I was going to be charged separately for this visit, once again I thought I was at an urgent care not an office visit. Per my insurance company I was charged a code 11 which is an office visit instead of urgent care. I was told by billing that they charge separately for any thing additional or any services. I told the rep I have never been charged like this at urgent care and your advertisement is very misleading when you google urgent care the their information comes up as urgent care, totally misleading not being a true urgent care.Business response

On December 30th the patient was contacted concerning her complaint about the Immediate Care charges. It was explained that Harbin Immediate Care is an Physician Office that can see patients Immediately without an scheduled appointment. We also discussed that because the charges were rendered in an office setting that Harbin is unable to bill the charges and an Urgent Care facility. The information that Google provided is not correct. I discussed the charges that were billed and explained that one of the charges would be adjusted and a corrected billing statement would be sent to her. The patient seemed to understand.
